看到一个假总统？非典型特朗普演讲获赞（视频）
周二晚间，美国总统特朗普在国会发表上任以来的首次演讲。

虽然演讲风格上有所转变——特朗普明显在收敛锋芒、克制情绪，但他说的许多内容却明显是老调重弹：
怼中国
和他在竞选中的言论类似，特朗普在演讲中又一次攻击中国，称自从中国加入世界贸易组织以来，美国已经丢掉了6万个工厂。
"We've lost more than one-fourth of our manufacturing jobs since NAFTA was approved, and we've lost 60,000 factories since China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001."

对此，中国外交部发言人耿爽回应说：数据显示，2015年中美双边贸易和双向投资为美国创造了约260万个就业岗位。
"Speaking of the China-US trade and economic relationship, as I have reiterated, the China-US trade and economic relationship is of mutual benefit. According to the latest report issued by the US China Business Council and the University of Oxford, the bilateral trade and two-way investment between China and the US in 2015 created 2.65 million jobs in the US. I think this figure speaks volumes."
怼前任
怼完了中国，特朗普也不忘怼他的前任奥巴马：债台高筑、医改失败……都是他干得好事儿！
关于债务：
"In the last 8 years, the past Administration has put on more new debt than nearly all other Presidents combined."
关于医改：
"Obamacare is collapsing --- and we must act decisively to protect all Americans. Action is not a choice --- it is a necessity.
So I am calling on all Democrats and Republicans in the Congress to work with us to save Americans from this imploding Obamacare disaster."

夸自己
批评前任与自我表扬那是密不可分的！
特朗普自夸：自他当选以来，股市飘红，大企业纷纷承诺要在美投资，创造更多就业岗位……

谈造墙
特朗普要在边境上造墙的计划过去一直被大家当成笑话，但是总统先生再次表示他是认真的，而且这一计划还会提前启动。
"We will soon begin the construction of a great wall along our southern border. It will be started ahead of schedule and, when finished, it will be a very effective weapon against drugs and crime."
这一番言论表明，在移民问题上，特朗普将继续保持他的强硬立场。
谈军费
按照特朗普提交的政府预算，美国国防开支的增幅将达到近10%，约为540亿美元。
"I am sending the Congress a budget that rebuilds the military, eliminates the Defense sequester, and calls for one of the largest increases in national defense spending in American history."

谈盟友
特朗普一方面谈到要增加军费，另一方面再次承诺要铲除 ISIS。

We will work with our allies, including our friends and allies in the Muslim world, to extinguish this vile enemy from our planet."

要兑现这一承诺离不开美国的盟友。在演讲中，特朗普表示支持北约，但同时强调，同盟国必须履行相应的财务义务。
"We strongly support NATO...But our partners must meet their financial obligations.
We expect our partners, whether in NATO, in the Middle East, or the Pacific --- to take a direct and meaningful role in both strategic and military operations, and pay their fair share of the cost."
美国优先
毫不意外的，特朗普在演讲一开始就重提自己的竞选口号：
"... America must put its own citizens first ... because only then, can we truly MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN."
在演讲快结束时，他又表示，自己的职责不是代表世界：
"My job is not to represent the world. My job is to represent the United States of America."
这种种言论都表明特朗普总统“美国优先”的立场一如既往。
