毕业生就业力哪家强？找这6所大学就对啦！

如今，优质大学之间的PK不仅限于学术，毕业生的就业力也成为衡量学校实力的重要指标。

就业力是学生持续胜任工作能力和实现职业生涯的发展能力，能更全面的衡量学生对职场的适应能力和高校对学生发展的重视程度。

近日，英国QS全球教育集团在伦敦发布了2018年度QS全球毕业生就业竞争力排名。

The QS Graduate Employability Rankings is an innovative exercise designed to provide the world’s students with a unique tool by which they can compare university performance in terms of graduate employability outcomes and prospects.

衡量毕业生就业力的5个方面：

雇主声誉（Employer Reputation）

企业合作（Partnerships with Employers）

校友成就（Alumni Outcomes）

雇主与学生之间的联系（Employer-Student Connections）

毕业生就业率（Graduate Employment Rate）

今年参与评选600所学校中，英、美大学的表现依旧强势。斯坦福大学位列榜首，加州大学洛杉矶分校和哈佛大学位列二、三位，紧随其后。

The Universities of Cambridge (6th overall) and Oxford (8th) are ranked most highly by employers, but U.S. universities are the strongest at producing graduates who achieve prestige（声望） in their careers,according to QS.

值得一提的是，中国一共有37所学校进入了全球毕业生就业力排名500强，其中有6所进入了排名前50。

According to the latest edition of the QS Graduate Employability Rankings, six universities from China ranked among the world's top 50 universities for fostering student employability.

清华大学位列第10，表现强势。此外，香港大学（第20位）、北京大学（第23位）、复旦大学（第27位）、浙江大学（第38位）和上海交通大学（第46位）统统进入了50强。

Leading this group is Tsinghua University,which ranks 10th globally, followed by the University of Hong Kong (20th),Peking University (23rd), Fudan University(27th), Zhejiang University (38th) and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (46th).

QS相关负责人介绍，中国的大学这次在毕业生就业力排名表明了这些大学为世界及国家经济的发展成功培养了一批成绩优异、技术娴熟的毕业生。

QS says, the results indicated that Chinese universities are proving successful at providing the global and nationaleconomies with skilled, high-achieving graduates.
