China to extend pilot corruption supervision program nationwide

China will extend its current corruption supervision pilot program to cover the entire nation in the next few months, in a bid to further "integrate resources" in the fight against corruption.

By the end of this year or early next year, supervisory commissions will be set up by the People's Congress at provincial, city and county-levels across the country.

The plan has been issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.
