七律 • 长征

红军不怕远征难，

万水千山只等闲。

五岭逶迤腾细浪，

乌蒙磅礴走泥丸。

金沙水拍云崖暖，

大渡桥横铁索寒。

更喜岷山千里雪，

三军过后尽开颜。

The Red Army fears not the trials of the Long March,

Holding light ten thousand crags and torrents.

The Five Ridges wind like gentle ripples,

And the majestic Wumeng roll by globules of clay.

Warm the steep cliffs lapped by the waters of Golden Sand,

Cold the iron chains spanning the Dadu River.

Minshan's thousand li of snow joyously crossed,

The three Armies march on, each face glowing.

《七律·长征》写于1935年10月，当时毛泽东率领中央红军越过岷山，长 49 30208 49 14939 0 0 2224 0 0:00:13 0:00:06 0:00:07 2935征即将结束。这首诗概括了红军长征的战斗历程，热情洋溢地赞扬了中国工农红军不畏艰险、英勇顽强的革命英雄主义和革命乐观主义精神。

什么是长征精神？

“就是把全国人民和中华民族的根本利益看得高于一切，坚定革命的理想和信念，坚信正义事业必然胜利的精神；就是为了救国救民，不怕任何艰难险阻，不惜付出一切牺牲的精神；就是坚持独立自主、实事求是，一切从实际出发的精神；就是顾全大局、严守纪律、紧密团结的精神；就是紧紧依靠人民群众，同人民群众生死相依、患难与共、艰苦奋斗的精神。”

Chinese President Xi Jinping has hailed the Long March as a "stately monument" in the history of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

"No matter which stage our undertaking has developed to and how great the achievements we've made, we should carry forth the Long March spirit and advance in 'a new long march,'" Xi Jinping added.

"Today, our 'long march' is to realize the 'two centenary goals' and the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation," he added.
