2014中国（广州）国际纪录片节将于11月11日至14日广州图书馆举行，逾百家中外最具影响力的纪录片播出媒体、制作和发行机构，逾千名中外纪录片国际买家、制作人、导演等汇聚羊城！今年组委会共征得来自全球85个国家和地区3054部作品参与评优、展播、方案及商店，成为亚洲参片数最高的纪录片节。作为中外纪录片文化交流的开放窗口以及重要桥梁，广州纪录片节正乘势稳步发展，融入国际纪录片的市场体系，成为全球纪录片产业链条中的重要环节和推动国际文化交流的优质平台。

My first year in Guangzhou and at GZDOC wasin 2007 and, I am really very proud that I have been given chance to come backto this fascinating place in the South of China every year since then. I joined the Guangzhou Documentary Film Festival forthe first time in 2013.
It was a great pleasure to meet so many people withinteresting projects from so many countries.
It was all very well organized and I especiallyenjoyed the pitching sessions, with a very high level.
Anxious to hear and see how these projects havedeveloped during the last year!
This year I hope to find a coproducer for my SilentLand project about family farms all over the world.
It's a sequel to the Silent Snow film that wasscreened in Guangzhou last year.
I made some very good friends, and hope to see themagain in 2014!

As you know, I have beenwith GZDOC since the very beginning,maybe six or seven times/and now that it isalmost grown up, I'd like to promote the cooperation between Chinese andcertain european documentary makers, and among them are the French, the German,and Polish In this respect, I would besuggesting a partnership agreement between an association of PolishDocumentary and GZDOC, facilitatingtheir attendance of GZDOC.
GZDOC, the now is most important and official documentary festival in China,held every year in Guangzhou betwen November and December.
