重大利好！加拿大留学生留加更容易！
当地时间2019年2月14日，加国政府送给加国小迷妹们一个大大的礼包，加拿大留学生毕业工签申请的deadline（90天变为6个月），double！降低申请的要求（申请时不强制要求学签有效），为留学生们在加国工作和移民带来重大利好。
曾经有多少人因为学签过期而硬生生错过工签申请；也有人被学校或者移民局的慢速度影响，导致没有及时在三个月有效期内完成申请。加拿大毕业生工作签证，每位学生只能申请一次。
毕业生后工作许可官网（Post-Graduation Work Permit eligibility requirements）：
Applicants can receive only 1 post-graduation work permitin their lifetime.
To obtain a post-graduation workpermit, the applicant must currently hold valid temporary status or have leftCanada. They must have graduated from an eligible designatedlearning institution (DLI). They must also submit clearevidence that they meet all of the following criteria:
They have completed an academic, vocational or professional training program at an eligible institution in Canadathat is at least 8 months in duration leading to a degree, diploma or certificate.
They have maintained full-time student status in Canada during each academic session of the program or programs of study they have completed and submitted as part of their post-graduation work permit application. Exceptions can be made only for the following:
leave from studies
final academic session
They have received a transcript and an official letter from the eligible DLI confirming that they have met the requirements to complete their program of study.
Note: Thetranscript and official letter must be included in a post-graduation work
permitapplication.
Within 180 days of the date of applying forthe post-graduation work permit, applicants must also meet one of the following criteria:
They hold a valid study permit.
They held a study permit.
They were authorized to study in Canada without the requirement to obtain a study permit under paragraphs 188(1)(a) and (b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
毕业后工作许可资格要求（简单版，具体以英文为准）：
1. 申请人一生中只能获得1份毕业后工作许可证。
2. 申请人目前必须持有有效的临时身份或已离开加拿大。
3. 申请人从符合条件的指定学习机构（DLI）毕业。
4. 申请人必须提交明确的证据证明他们符合以下所有标准
必须连续地在加拿大全日制学习；
学习项目的长度必须至少8个月；
你必须在毕业6个月内递交申请；
注，从学校开出书面文件证明你满足毕业所有要求的那一天开始算（所以并不一定指毕业典礼，也可以是成绩单或者证明信）；
成绩单和学校通知函
你必须完成并通过课程，并有成绩单和学校通知证明你有资格获取学位或文凭；
在6个月申请有效时长内某一天，study permit有效
本次新规还有哪些细节说明：
如果加速提前完成课程，毕业工签的时间将按照课程本身的长度来算。比如：课程需要一年才可以完成，但申请人加速在8月以内完成了一年的课程，申请人有资格获得一年的毕业工签。
如果学生有在学习网络课程，规定依然是如果网课比例超过所有课程的50%，没有资格申请毕业工签。如果网课比例少于50%，则有可能获得毕业工签。但要注意的是，如果网课在加拿大境外完成，这段学习时间不能计入总课时。
无论申请人处于加拿大境内或者是境外，都可以通过纸质或者网络的方式递交毕业工签申请。
申请人经认定完成时长16-23个月的Master或Doctoral Degree课程项目，便可以获得3年工签。
如申请人学习不同的项目，那么只要这些项目的学习时长总共加起来能超过2年，就可以获得3年工签。同时需要注意，申请人每个项目的学习时长至少需要8个月。
如果学生在加拿大境内处于休学状态，那么移民官需要首先审核该学生是否还符合学签要求：
1. 被加拿大政府认定的院校录取；
2. 有注册课程；
3. 学生在休学期间有保持全职学习状态。
如能达到上述要求，学生就可能有申请毕业工签的资格。 强调了申请毕业工签要求申请人在除最后一个学期以外必须全职读书。
