升级了！宁波诺丁汉大学智控把好 “第一道防线”

请出示您的健康码和入校证明。”
这是学校保安每天要说百余遍的一句话。登记核验也是他们近期最重要的工作之一。不过日前，宁波诺丁汉大学对门岗进出管控系统进行了全面升级，保安们接下来的门岗管理工作将更加智能和高效。
据悉，新系统与浙江省健康码数据平台做了集成。学生和教职工只要刷校园卡，系统在后台就会自动识别持卡人准入身份和健康码状态，符合要求，校门就会自动打开。
宁诺目前仍实行半封闭管理，所有进校人员需进行登记和体温测量。留校学生外出进校需要出示健康码和校园卡；教职工上班需要有盖章的证明文件才能进入校园。这给师生进出带来了不便，也给学校的安全保卫处增加了不少工作量，上班高峰期难免出现排队等候的情况。
随着学校行政工作逐步步入正轨、教师陆续返校，校园来访人员数量也有所增加，门岗通行管控的压力日益增大。对此，学校信息技术服务处工作人员立即行动起来，开发了健康码查询系统，并在此基础上搭建了新的门岗进出管控系统。
新系统开发组的负责人刘富友表示，设计门岗管控系统一方面是考虑到师生进出方便，尤其是日后学生返校后人流量较大，需要简化程序避免大规模排队的情况，用智控把好“第一道防线”；另一方面，希望为学校、安全保卫处的工作人员减负，疫情期间，他们一直坚守在防控一线、超负荷工作，新的系统可以免除他们手工登记、查询不便的问题。
另外，根据学校实际需求，信息技术服务处的开发人员设计了多种情境。比如说，针对开车上班的教职工的刷卡核验，采取平板电脑连接读卡器来实现移动刷卡服务，如此一来，安保人员只需要把平板电脑拿到车辆旁核验即可。再如针对校外人员的管控，事前需要通过审批，批准的信息将会提前导入至系统，来访人员刷身份证即可自动核验身份信息和健康码状态，由此实现便捷管控。
目前，新系统还在试运行阶段，接下来还会进行现场演练，完善师生刷卡进出校园的细节问题，保证门岗通行智能有序。
Upgrade to UNNC access control management system
The University has recently upgraded its access management and control system at the campus gates, reducing the amount of time it takes to access campus during peak periods.
The new system integrates UNNC with the Zhejiang health code platform and can identify the accessibility and health code status of all students and staff as they swipe their campus cards and automatically gain entry.
Currently, we require everyone entering the campus to register and undergo temperature checks. Students living on campus have to present health codes and University ID cards to enter while staff require documents as proof of valid entry.
With the University's Administrative Teams all working on campus and our additional academic staff who have returned, the number of personnel requiring access has risen, presenting pressure on access control at the campus gates.
Derek Liu, Application Support Manager of IT Services, says that the new system both simplifies the entrance procedure and reduces pressure on University security staff, who have been at their posts around the clock since the virus outbreak.
The new system - which also makes it easier to access the campus by vehicle - is still undergoing testing to improve its performance. However, UNNC staff and students will likely be pleasantly surprised over the coming weeks as access to campus becomes swifter and more hassle-free.
