导师介绍

Yoga Career巴若思大师瑜伽生涯

Bharath founded 'Creative Yoga Centre' at Bangalorein 1998 and it was his first yoga studio. He later moved to Mysore in 2004, oneof the important yoga hubs in India, and set up a new school that is now knownas IndeaYoga. Since then, he has been conducting teacher training courses and Mysore Style Classes regularly.

1998年,巴若思大师在班加罗尔成立了他的第一个瑜伽工作室-创新瑜伽中心。接着在2014年,他把瑜伽馆发展到了迈索尔,同时他的瑜伽中心便成为了整个印度的瑜伽中心中的一个焦点备受大家关注,所以在那个时候就正式成立注册-印地瑜伽。从那以后就开始了专业的瑜伽教师培训TTC课程以及规律的迈索尔风格的瑜伽练习课程。

Bharath has also set up a second yoga Shala called"Yoga Bharata" where one can attend classes throughout the year andis originally intended for the local community in Mysore.

He has conducted workshops in countries around theworld like Belgium, Germany, Malaysia, Switzerland, Thailand, Indonesia, Spain,China, Denmark and India. He is also involved in corporate yoga and has trainedprofessionals from Union Bank of Switzerland, Google, Wipro, Oracle, ANZInformation Technologies and Theorem.

Archana Shetty 阿查娜.莎特老师

A serious and passionate advanced yoga practitioner and has dedicated her spare time from home to learning and spreading awareness about yoga. Archana is married to Bharath Shetty and has been trained underhim. She is experienced in teaching beginners as well as advanced practitioners, and focuses more on back bending and hip opening asanas. She often assists Bharath in Mysore Style classes at the shala and also teaches yogaregularly to pregnant women. Apart from the regular yoga classes she takes theevening kirtan and chanting sessions at IndeaYoga. Archana is also very learnedin kriya yoga and assists with the cleansing techniques for IndeaYoga advancedTTC.

Raghu N D 若谷老师

Raghu is an IndeaYoga certified teacher, presently incharge of Yoga Bharata. Teaching since 2012, he is proficient in coaching intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners, and popular with Children’s Yogaand Pranayama. At Yoga Bharatha, Raghu guides led sessions in Foundation andVinyasa classes. He also conducts Mysore Style sessions and Pranayama.

Started yoga journey from 2011. He was trained underthe guidance of Bharath Shetty and completed Teachers Training Courses by 2012.

He has continued to assist Yoga charya Bharath Shettyin workshops conducted at Lions school, RBI, a1000yoga and has been independently promoting and handling summer camps for kids. He has been assisting Yoga charya Bharath Shetty during TTCs. Since 2015, he has been organizing monthly workshops on behalf of Indea Foundation, and has been very successfulat it.

Nikhil 耐克尔老师

An ardent practitioner ofYoga for the last couple of years with Bharath Shetty, Nikhil is one of oursenior teachers with RYT 500 (Yoga Alliance certification) to his credit. Hehas been assisting Bharath since the completion of the course. He fits into theIndeaYoga team almost to perfection, knowing his qualities of maintainingdiscipline to the classes and punctuality, just like his master.

Yogashree瑜伽舍莉老师

Ms. Vid Yogashree who was born in a very traditional family in the heritage city of Mysore. She began herSanskrit training at a very young age at Sanskrit patashala in an authenticstyle. She pursued her Masters and Vidwath course in Sanskrit language she hasbeen teaching at different levels now for over eight years. She is alsoexperienced in training foreign students in basic Sanskrit language andadvanced Sanskrit language, its pronunciation, chanting etc. Yogashree has alsobeen learning yoga from a very young age and has done her yoga instructor’scourse from a reputed yoga university. The immense knowledge that she hasgained enables her to teach both Sanskrit and yoga related texts to yogapractitioners. Yogashree being an Indian classical musician has been conductingbhajan and chanting session which will be truly divine and a real treat.

The food provided here is Indian and only vegetarian.The food menu is standardized and students will be provided with 3 meals everyday. The food served is mainly healthy and nutritional, keeping in mind therequirements of the students practice. All meals will be served in the DiningHall only and students will not be allowed to eat in the rooms. Fruits andother snacks will be available in the premises which can be bought by thestudents.

AsanaPractice and Technique 体位练习以及方法


One will attend twostrong asana practices per day. Morning asanas coverAshtanga Vinyasa primary orintermediate series. Afternoon practices will primarily incorporate IndeaInnovation series - back bending, hip opening and balancing asanas. Teachersare also engaged in understanding the key points in teaching certain asanas tostudents.

每个人每天要进行两次有强度的体位练习,早课包含阿斯汤伽触初级序列或者中级序列的练习。下午练习课程综合印地创新序列练习-后弯,髋关节的打开,平衡体位。同时也有教学手法和体位矫正的练习。


Teaching of all three series is thoroughly impartedin the following structure by Bharath Shetty, and students are expected to knowthis detail for each asana by the end of the course and for the exam.

Teachingpractice 授课练习

Applying the above 8-step teaching methodology,students will have taught several sessions by teaching the other TTC studentsin a classroom setting. Students will also be required to sit-in and observeBharath and other IndeaYoga teachers who present the Mysore style classes. Theaim is for students to gain knowledge of the methodology of teaching thatincludes the principles of demonstration, instructions and observation.

根据以上8个步奏,学生需要在教室里实际授课考试。每一个学生也有机会被要求成为一个课堂观察员去观察和学习巴若思.莎特老师或者因地教学团队其他老师的迈索尔代课方式。这样做的目的在于可以让学生学到更多的教学方法,包括演示体位的原则,口令词以及如何观察课堂上的学员。

 

Prayers(Slokas) and Chanting (Kirtan)唱诵祈祷

Students are expected to learn the prescribed openingand closing prayers, their meanings, and also familiarize themselves withchanting few other mantras and Kirtans.

Pranayama调息

Aselection of pranayama techniques will be taught and practiced during thecourse.
