《道听图说画咖啡》之15: 湖南路与周边 Cafe Guide No. 15：Hunan Road and neighbors

作为2016年的收官之作，本期的《道听图说画咖啡》主要探访了湖南路、永福路、兴国路和泰安路上的咖啡店。这几条道路本身都不长亦不宽，所在区域以住宅区为主。沿街的商业活动相对较少，因此整体相对安静。

This edition of 《Cafe Guide》 concluded our work for 2016 and mainly visited coffee shops located on Hunan Road, Yongfu Road, Xingguo Road and Taian Road. These roads are not that long and wide, and connect the neighboring residential areas. Due to relatively less commercial activities along the roads, the whole neighborhood is relatively quiet.

湖南路︳Hunan Road

在湖南路上，咖叔探访的是如下的两家各具特色的咖啡店，它们还是是隔壁邻居：鲁马滋是一家手冲咖啡店，而1984BOOKSTORE则是一家书咖。

TC visited the following two neighboring coffee shops on Hunan Road：Rumors Coffee is a pour-over coffee shop while 1984BOOKSTORE is a coffee bookstore.

鲁马滋 (湖南路店)︳

Rumors Coffee (Hunan Road Branch)

湖南路9号甲︱No. 9-A, Hunan Road

一对热爱咖啡的夫妻档于2011年开设了这家咖啡店。先生是来自日本的中山惠一先生，主要负责咖啡豆的烘焙工作，太太是上海本地的刘嫣女士（她的朋友都喜欢称呼她“家铭”），主要负责日常店务的经营管理。

A coffee-loving couple opened this store in 2011. The husband is Mr. KeiichiNakayama, who is from Japan and is mainly responsible for the roastery, and the wife is Mrs. Liu Yan (her friends prefer to call her by the name of “Jia Ming”) , who is a Shanghai native and is in charge of the store’s daily operations.

在鲁马滋之前，中山先生曾经是一家日本公司的业务代表。由于业务原因，中山先生自1997年起经常往返上海出差，并因此有机缘认识当时任职于一家上海日企的刘女士。随后，中山先生发现自己有能力烘焙自己喜欢的咖啡豆时，内心有了一个咖啡梦想。当你陆续遇见一系列与咖啡有关的机缘巧合后，这对夫妻档决定投入咖啡行业，设立咖啡店来实现他们共同的咖啡梦想。

Before Rumors Coffee, Mr. Nakayama was a sales representative of a Japanese company. He had the chance to visit Shanghai on a regular basis since 1997 and had the luck to meet Mrs. Liu who at that time worked for a Japanese company in Shanghai. Later on, Mr. Nakayama found out that he can roast coffee beans theway he liked, a coffee dream was then in mind. When you came across a series of coffee-related coincidences, the couple determined to devote themselves into the coffee business and to make their coffee dream come true by opening up a coffee shop.

中山先生说过：通过自己的双手做出好喝的咖啡，并且能够在喜欢的地方做喜欢的事，是值得投入一生去做的。人生最美之事就在于能够与自己心爱的人，共同忙碌于心爱的咖啡事业。

According to Mr. Nakayama, making good coffee through his hands and doing things he loves in a place he loves are worth his devotion of a lifetime. The beauty of life is to be busy with the coffee business together with the one you love.

鲁马滋在印尼语中是表示朋友家的意思。鲁马滋（湖南路店）是夫妻俩的首家咖啡店，店面虽小但却是上海地区首家只做单品手冲咖啡的咖啡店。夫妻俩希望大家把鲁马滋当做就是你们朋友的家，并欢迎你们的光顾！

Rumors in Indonesian means a friend’s place. Rumors Coffee（Hunan Road Branch）was the first coffee shop of the couple and though small in space, was also the first coffee shop in Shanghai to serve exclusively the pour-over single origin coffee. The couple hoped to make Rumors Coffee your friend’s place and welcomed your stopping by!

1984BOOKSTORE

1984BOOSTORE的大门由于过于普通而无法引起任何人的注意。

The front gate of 1984BOOSTORE is so ordinary that it certainly would not get any of your attention.

打开大门后，你看到的仍然是上海传统老房子里的老旧入户门和狭窄通道。

Opening up the front gate, what you saw was still the good old entrance door and the narrow path way of the old Shanghai traditional houses. 

当你真正走进店内，1984BOOKSTORE则是令人大开眼界，别有洞天。

Upon stepping in the store, 1984BOOKSTORE really gave you an eye-opening look with such a different and unique spatial pattern.

1984BOOKSTORE是以乔治·奥威尔于1949年出版的小说《1984》而取名的。

1984BOOKSTORE is named after the novel 《NineteenEighty-Four》 by George Orwell which was published in 1949 .

不论室内或是室外，1984BOOKSTORE都提供了相对温馨而舒适的空间。咖叔是今天上午的第一位客人，因此有机会与年轻的咖啡师小潘聊聊天。小潘告知，可能计划于近期再做一些软装的调整，提供客人一份新鲜感。2017的元旦假期临近了，若预期过来串门子，你得赶早！

1984BOOKSTORE offers a easy and cozy space, indoors and outdoors. TC was the first client this morning, and thus, had a nice chat with the young barista, Pan. Pan told TC that an interior renovation was planned in the near future so as to give the customers a sense of freshness. The new year of 2017 is coming up and if you plan to pay a visit, you have to be earlier and quick.

这是热爱咖啡夫妻档的第二家咖啡店，店面宽敞而明亮。鲁马滋的咖啡豆烘焙也主要在兴国路店进行。此外，它与湖南路分店距离不远，在不影响咖啡品质的情况下，得以满足更多的消费者享受手冲咖啡。

This is the second shop of the coffee-loving couple, which is spacious and bright. The on-site roastery job of Rumors Coffee is conducted here at Xingguo Road Branch. In addition, it is not far from the Hunan Road Branch, which allows more customers to enjoy the pour-over coffee without affecting the quality of the coffee served.

This small attic is the place Mr. Nakayama conducts his roastery work.  

除了曼特宁外，这是另外两款深烘的咖啡豆。

爱唯是一家以定制珠宝为主、咖啡为辅的珠宝店。爱唯品牌的理念：一生一饰，为爱定制唯一。

I WILL is a custom-made jewellery store with a in-house coffee bar. The brand

concept of I WILL：the one and only jewellery for the love of lifetime.   

爱唯于2016年7月开业。如果关上大门，当走过、路过时，肯定会错过它。现在大门敞开，门店的这个前院却相当吸引人，石椅、石制雕刻的布置，简洁讨巧。

I WILL opened its business in July 2016. If the front gate is closed, you definitely would miss it while walking through it. Now the front gate is wide open, the forecourt is quite attractive with the neat and cute stone bench and sculptures.

咖叔进店探访时，受到两位服务人员的热情招呼。一位是珠宝销售员芮瑛，另一位是咖啡师匡兴琴，巧的是，她俩的姓氏平时都是难得一见。我们彼此介绍各自的业务及工作心得，聊得挺愉快的。3天的元旦假期就在眼前了，两位工作人员热烈欢迎各位的大驾光临。

TC was warmly greeted by two service staff upon entering the store. One is Rui Ying, sales clerk of jewellery and the other one is Kuang Xing Qin (Emily), the barista. We had a pretty good conversation and introduced own businesses to each other. The 3-day holiday is coming up and the two staff are looking forward to your visit.

这家一家隐匿于泰安路（原法租界旧名劳利育路）上花园别墅酒店里的咖啡店。
