2017年的首期《道听图说画咖啡》，主要探访了地铁《南京西路站》周边的咖啡店。

This is the first edition of《CafeGuide》in 2017, which covers the coffee shops surrounding the metro station of 《West Nanjing Road》.

一处咖啡爱好者的热门目的地。

A popular destination for coffee lovers.

隐藏在优衣库所在大楼后方的停车库旁，这家咖啡店吸引你的是橙色的店门和它有趣的店名。

Tucked behind the parking garage of the building where UNIQLO is located, this coffee shop catches your attention with an orange-colored front door and an interesting name.

根据咖啡师沈先生的介绍，Uncle No Name Espresso 于2016年3月由临近的奉贤路迁移至现址营业。店内面积不大，但店面前有露天桌椅可供短暂的休憩（当然啦，上海湿冷的冬天是不推荐的！）。

沈先生介绍其店名源自泰戈尔《飞鸟集》的第235首：

不要说：“这是早晨”，别用一个“昨天”的名词把它打发掉。

你第一次看到它，把它当作还没有名字的新生孩子吧。

According to Mr. Shen, the barista, Uncle No Name Espresso was relocated from neighboring Fengxian Road to current address in March 2016. Although this coffee shop has only limited indoor space, it does have outdoor seats available for a short break at the storefront (Of course, it is not recommended during the cold and wet winter in Shanghai).

Mr.Shen introduced that the name of the shop was originated from 《Stray Birds》 235 - Poem by RabindranathTagore：

Do not say, "It is morning," and dismiss it with a name of yesterday.

See it for the first time as a new-born child that has no name.

店主想要传达的信息如下：

我就是我，

你就是你，

我们之所以可以是自己，

不是因为名字。

The key message to be conveyed by the shop owner has been the following：

I am who I am,

you are who you are,

and we are free to be ourselves,

not by the name.

简言之，店主更愿这是一家让你随兴享受的咖啡店而不希望仅仅因为它的名字而被定义并被局限。

In a word, the shop owner prefers that this is a coffee shop where everyone can enjoy the easygoing comfort here and is not to be defined and limited simply by its name.

Located at the entrance of Zhangyuan99, this coffee shop is popular for not only the quality of coffee served but also a very special name it has：Small Arms Big Heart.

根据咖啡师燕子的介绍，店名和商标的想法来源于下图这枚可爱的冰箱贴：

According to Yanzi (means swallow in Chinese), the on-duty barista, the name and logo of the store was simply based on the following cute fridge magnet：

此咖啡店的特点就在于其不定期地提供各种别具特色的咖啡豆，店主经常出国而如此努力的目的就是寻求最好的咖啡豆并与上海的咖啡爱好者分享。店主也从事小规模的自家烘焙业务。

The specialty about this store is that it offers a wide variety of coffee beans which has been the effort of the owner who travels the world looking for the best coffee beans to share with coffee lovers in Shanghai. The owner also engages in a small-scale business of roastery .

除了湿冷的冬天外，张园99的露天庭院，闹中取静，挺适合三五好友的轻松小聚。

Except for the cold and wet winter, the outdoor courtyard of Zhangyuan 99, hidden away from the traffic, is quite suitable for an easy and casual gathering.

在店内，空间虽有限，但却提供一份无约束的舒适。

Inside the store, though limited in space, it offers an unlimited coziness.

Fika 是瑞典和芬兰两国人民每日生活中的重要组成部分。它通常表示一个“工间休息”，更多的是咖啡时间，就是与同事、朋友、情人或家人分享工间休息的时刻。

Fika is an important part of the daily life of people in Sweden and Finland. It often means having a break, most often a coffee break, with one’s colleagues, friends, date or family.

咖叔相信这家咖啡店应该是由于Fika的概念而采用作为其店名的。

TC believed that this coffee shop should be named after Fika because of its concept.
