今天的进店探访，咖叔要特别感谢90后当值咖啡师Ivan的拨冗简介。来自广西的Ivan涉足咖啡行业约3年半的时间，这也是他自学校毕业后的第一份工作。

三位热爱咖啡的年轻人，有志一同，于2016年4月中旬，通过DREAM COFFEE的创建来实现他们共同的咖啡梦想。因此，以DREAM COFFEE作为店名更贴切地展现了三位年轻咖啡爱好者最诚挚的心愿。

Today’s visit, TC would like to specially thank Ivan, the on-duty barista after 90s, for his brief introduction. Ivan, who is from Guangxi, has been in the coffee business for about three and a half years, and this is also his first job after school.

Three young coffee lovers who have long been passionate for coffee co-founded DREAM COFFEE in the middle of April, 2016, a dream comes true for them. Naming their first coffee shop as DREAM COFFEE quite relevantly demonstrated the most sincere wish of the young guys.

DREAM COFFEE 以年轻白领为咖啡销售和服务的主要目标客群。相对于上海其他的行政区，静安区可能拥有最多的、成熟又稳定的咖啡消费群体。

DREAM COFFEE mainly targets its sales and services on the young white collars. Compared to other administrative districts in Shanghai, Jingan District may have the most numbers of mature and stable coffee consumers.

DREAM COFFEE的主要特色在于以自家烘焙的咖啡豆，通过手冲方式为顾客制作咖啡。此外，它为顾客提供一个互动体验机会，让顾客以自带的咖啡豆来体验手冲方式制作咖啡的过程。

The main feature of DREAM COFFEE is pour-over coffee with home-roasted beans. In addition, it offers customers an opportunity of an interactive hand-pour experience with own coffee beans.

DREAM COFFEE 计划于今年的5、6月间在康定路开设其第二家店。

DREAM COFFEE plans to set up its second shop at Kangding Road sometime between May and June this year.

“网红”咖啡小店位于北京西路和铜仁路口，于2016年5月份开业。

This tiny “web-icon” coffee shop, located at the crossing of West Beijing Road and Tongren Road, started its operations in May 2016.

来到小店时，店内咖啡师和工作人员正忙着准备外卖，不时地还要回答顾客的提问，咖叔有点不好意思开口点单，但女咖啡师百忙中仍带着微笑，很爽朗地招呼我，真是辛苦啦！当咖啡递给咖叔的时候，还刻意提醒欢迎随时提供意见给他们。这就是服务啊！点赞！

Upon my visit at the coffee shop, the barista and staff were busy preparing the take-out order. While I was hesitating whether I should place my order or just waited for a moment, the female barista took time greeting TC with a warm and chipper smile. When the coffee was served, she specifically told TC to feel free to raise any question. That’s the service! Thumbs up!

咖叔在点单时，店内音响系统正播放酷玩乐队（Coldplay）的“Yellow ”歌曲，女咖啡师带着好心情也随着哼唱着，感觉挺热闹的。咖叔就以这首曲子与大家一起分享。

While TC was placing the order, the song of “Yellow” by Coldplay was playing and the female barista was also singing with it in a good mood, a high work ethic. TC would like to share the song with all you guys.
