A lot of customers have asked me about the hot or humid weather in southern China, what kind of the suit is comfortable for this weather? Suits can be a necessary for work, but lesser quality suits with make your sweat. At KMB, our suits are breathable and have natural fibers, which will keep you cool even in hot and humid weather.

1. Fabric
At KMB we work together with the finest suppliers both foreign and domestic, all of our fabrics are made from natural materials, including the finest wool, cashmere, cotton and linen. Natural fabrics have superior breathability. Our high quality Italian and British wool is very light weight and thin, cotton and linen jackets are also suggested for hot and humid weather.

2:Lining
At KMB we only use real Bemberg lining for our products.
Bemberg lining is made by Asahi kasei in Japan. This is the only company to make Bemberg lining in the whole world. This superior lining is made from cotton linters.
Bemberg lining has excellent performance, but it is very costly. It has good moisture absorption and breathability, anti-static to prevent shocks and tough, these traits make our jackets the highest of quality. That is real natural lining, much better than polyester or rayon and acetate lining. Only Bemberg lining can make the cloth to perfection and highly comfortable.

3. Productionmethods
Most of the suits on the market today are fused with fusible interling. The woven fusible have glue on the surface, which can fuse with the fabric when high temperature is induced. This will make the jacket smoother, but will lose breathability that is so necessary for humid weather. People will feel hot when wearing this kind of jacket. At KMB we never use these inferior fabrics, and only a few companies are able to make the jacket with no fusing but retaining smoothness. You can check at the bottom jacket hem lines.

In addition, if you think it is still too thick we can make the jacket with a thinner canvas. Normally we make jackets with several pieces of canvas to make sure the front of the chest looks stronger for men. The canvas is made of linen and animal hairs, made by top a brand KUFNER in Germany. For most of the jackets, we make with three or four pieces of canvas, but, we are will to meet the needs are requirements of our customers and we can easily produce fine looking jackets with 1 piece of or no canvas. Careful consideration towards the use of canvas can control the weight and thickness of the jacket.

4. Style
Using our natural fabers, Bemberg linings and thinner canvas; our Suits are much more breathable and comfortable than the competitions. If you still think it is not enough, I advice you make the jacket with a quarter or half of the lining or no lining at all. I have made many suits with no lining; they are super light, thin and breathable, perfect for summer weather!In conclusion, if you are uncomfortable, hot or sweat in your suit, it isn’t because of the weather; it’s because of the suits inferior fabrics and manufacturing methods. Our traditional methods, fine fabrics and quality make bespoke suits looks expensive, but are worth it.

The most iportant thing is: No front pay, and you do not need pay anything if the suit fits you bad.
