• Please provide valid personal information, Our hotel will not be responsible for any loss caused by failure to do so. 

• Room rate over RMB850 can use VIP card.

• We only issue receipt when purchase VIP card, invoices will issue base on your consumption amount excluding addition amount on complimentary.

• VIP Card cannot return cash and non-refundable.

• Every RMB 10 spend will reward 1 point.

• The VIP card since to deal with the validity of one year.

• All vouchers are non-refundable,non-redeemable and non-replaceable and no invoice. Please take care your vouchers carefully and use them during the period of validity.

• VIP card gift vouchers please make booking one day in advance, cake voucher needs 48 hours in advance.

• All terms and conditions are valid from June 1st, 2016.

• Wyndham Grand Shenzhen reserves the final interpretation of this VIP cards.

• If the VIP card losing, must provide the Personal ID card to get the new one. The original VIP card number will be invalid and will charge the guest RMB100 as the new card fee. For any loss due to the card losing will be take responsibility by themselves.
