Job Description:
1. Data preparation and analysis for Social Commerce team;
2. Assist Social Commerce Manager to set up departmental development plan and operation plan, and monitor the implementation & execution;
3. Assist Social Commerce Manager to manage Social Commerce team, and provide timely feedback to manager;
4. Drive team members for achieving excellent performance.

岗位职责：
1. 负责社交商务数据的整理和分析；
2. 协助经理制定部门发展规划和经营计划，并监督各部门落实执行；
3. 协助经理对部门人员进行管理，及时向经理汇报反馈；
4. 激励团队成员取得优异绩效。

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluency in English;
2. 2 years working experience in marketing, or relevant team management experience;
3. Excellent organization, coordination and communication skill; sharp market insights, with capacity of planning, execution and problem solving.

任职资格：
1.全日制本科以上学历，能熟练运用英语作为工作语言；
2. 2年以上市场推广或市场团队管理经验；
3. 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，以及敏锐的市场洞察力，具备较强的计划、执行及解决问题的能力。

Education Level Required: College/university/polytechnic

Years work experience: 4 years
