Singaporean Executive Chef presents authentic Southeast Asian delicacies at MIS.U Restaurant, for the whole July food lovers can enjoy this exotic South East Asian feast.

Executive Chef Jeffery as a Singaporean, is well aware of the Southeast Asian cuisine. Jeffery started cooking at the age of six due to his father’s expectation. Retired from military service after 20 he decided to become a chef. Jeffery began his hospitality career at The Westin Singapore, at the age of 27, he worked at Singapore Raffles Hotel which had the great opportunity to work with Charlie Trotter, Pierre Herme, Thomas Keller and other world-class master Chefs, in 2010 he joined the Hilton Hotels & Resort. 


Singapore background lays the foundation of his diverse cooking style, Jeffery positions his style as: Avant-garde Pacific Rim Cuisine. Southeast Asian Buffet served dinner on week days, both lunch and dinner on weekends, starts from July 8th and continues to Aug. 7th.
