At both our Futian and Nanshan locations, we feel every customer is important and strive to make you happy. We do that by providing patrons with authentic American-style food of the highest standards found anywhere in China.

Frankie's is looking for a fun, energetic person to fulfill the role of Shift Manager at our Futian and Nanshan locations. The applicant needs to speak conversational English, possess a strong work ethic and be willing to uphold the standards of the Frankie's Asia brand.

Responsibilities will include supervising server staff, directly interacting with vendors and suppliers, and maintaining a high quality restaurant customer experience.  Shift responsibility will likely be four Day Shifts (10AM-6PM) and one Night Shift (6PM-1AM) per week spread between our two locations, with schedules varying based on business needs and manager’s availability.

Frankie’s is committed to teaching our staff the tools they need to succeed in their careers, and will provide full on-the-job training covering all aspects of bar and restaurant management, including international food and beverage service standards, purchasing, and daily operations and financial management.  Previous restaurant experience is not recommended but will be strongly considered.

Education Level Required: College/university/polytechnic
