We are looking for an ambitious young graduate to assist with the office responsibilities that keep Providence running smoothly. We are looking for fast learner that eventually oversee all of our back office management. Daily tasks include order placement and communication with vendors. Basic book keeping and excel work. Communicating with suppliers and other departments to monitor Providence inventory.

Candidate Requirements: 

The idea candidate has graduated with a 4 year college degree, speaks basic English, and has proactive problem solving skills. Good organizational skills and an understanding of Microsoft word and Excel. Good communication skills to work with our suppliers and front house managers. A positive attitude and ambition to take on more responsibility in the future.
