Rescheduled HKTRIP Event: Typhoon Coming - New Date Nov 18
Right on the Day of Our HKTrip. So its been a wild October as expected. Tomorrow, Oct 21, is our globalfromasia.com/hktrip Chinese e-commerce via Hong Kong event and it is the exact same time a major typhoon is coming.

We have been sending out this message to our event attendees.

Dear attendee,

There is a severe typhoon coming, called HAIMA, expected to hit Hong Kong directly on Oct 21

Therefore, because we have many people taking public transportation from around South China - there is a huge risk many people will not be able to attend and we have made the decision to re-schedule the date to Friday, Nov 18, 2016.

We’re nervous because we need to start paying money for the vans, the food, and other items. But what happens if this typhoon hit - which there has already been a typhoon passing yesterday that flooded parts of Hong kong. So we need to play it safe - as I am sure people who pay money will not want to lose their ticket fee.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and flexibility. We look forward to hosting an event better event on Friday Nov 18.

Meet us at the Causeway Bay location to participate in the afternoon sessions. Lunch and transportation not included.

Option 2 - Full Day and Travel $299/2000RMB
The full works! Leave with us from Shenzhen border to Hong Kong – tour the morning company, lunch together, afternoon sessions, and the evening GFA salon. Transportation back to Shenzhen included that evening.

Option 3 - GFA Evening Salon $49/300RMB
Network time! Enjoy our evening along from 7pm to 9pm in Causeway Bay. Drinks and simple snacks included, panel, and of course, networking.
