Good news for foodies in Shenzhen, we don't need to fly across to Lyon which is the capital of the gastronomy in France and take two weeks to reserve seats of the restaurant of one starred michelin chef Christian Tetedoie. We invite you to discover the French fine food during the Michelin nights (from 14 to 18 November 2016) at L'etoile French Cave Restaurant in 302-303 Building A, OCT Ecological Plaza, Nanshan District.  

"Meilleur Apprenti de France” (Best trainee of France) at 17, Christian Têtedoie continued developing his culinary skills at Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc and even the kitchens of the Elysee where he was taking care of the presidential meals. In 1986, he decided to open his first restaurant in Lyon, on the Quai Jean Moulin. Ten years later, he reaped a rich reward from his efforts by winning the title of MOF Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best craftsmen of France), before obtaining in 2000 his first star in the Michelin Guide. In March 2010 he opened a new restaurant, where he shares his love for good food while enhancing the French culinary heritage in a very exclusive location on top of Lyon’s hills.
