“Are you hungry? I cook a bowl of noodles for you." This is a line often appearing in TV series. It can be seen that Chinese people have a high degree of preference for noodles.

“你饿了吗?我给你下碗面吧。”这是电视剧里常说的一句台词。可见中国人对面食的喜好程度之高,下面给大家简单介绍几款面食~"


  • 牛肉面

Lanzhou natives start their days with a bowl of beef noodles.


One hundred years ago, a Hui ethnic person Ma Baozi poured the water, in which the beef and lamb livers were just boiled, into a pot. Noodles made in that pot won popularity immediately.


The clarity of the beef broth is the way to check if the beef noodles are authentic. The best beef noodles should acquire the following five features: clear soup, clean white turnips, brilliant red chili oil, green parsley and yellow noodles.


兰州人的早晨是从一碗牛肉面开始的。

一百年前,回族人马保子把煮过牛羊肝的汤兑入锅中,清香扑鼻的热锅子面大受欢迎。

牛肉汤的清与浊是检验牛肉面是否正宗的秘籍之一。一碗绝佳的牛肉拉面应该具有汤汁清爽、萝卜白净、辣油红艳、香菜翠绿、面条黄亮五个特点。


  • 热干面

The hot dry noodles, is a kind of traditional food from Wuhan. The hot dry noodles restaurants can be found throughout Wuhan, as the noodles are so popular with locals. It can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or for even just a snack.


Although the noodles are not difficult to make, making them well requires years of experience. First, the noodles are mixed with sesame oil and then placed into boiling water. Once they are cooked, they need to be cooled with cold water. And the process needs to be repeated before the noodles are served in a bowl.


热干面,是武汉传统食品。热干面餐厅遍布武汉,很受当地人欢迎。热干面可以是早餐,午餐,晚餐,甚至只是一个小吃。

虽然面条不难做,但要做好面条需要多年的经验。首先,将面条与香油混合,然后放入沸水中。一旦他们煮熟,他们需要用冷水冷却。这个过程需要在面条在碗里之前重复。


  • 担担面

Dandan noodles (noodles with spicy hot sauce), a famous snack of Chengdu, is prepared by rolling the dough into noodles, boiling the noodles and then tossing with fried minced pork. With thin noodles, sweet-smelling sauce and slightly hot taste, the noodles are very tasty. This dish is widely known in Sichuan and often served as a snack during dinner.

担担面是著名的成都小吃。用面粉擀制成面条,煮熟,舀上炒制的猪肉末而成。面条细薄,卤汁酥香,咸鲜微辣,香气扑鼻,十分入味。此菜在四川广为流传,常作为筵席点心。


  •  北京炸酱面

The fired bean paste noodles is popular in Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin and other places.


The fired bean paste noodles is very easy to cook. First of it, you should slice the cucumber into pieces, cook the soy bean and green bean for about ten minutes then put these ingredients in a bowl.


Second, stir-frying the paste. Mix the minced meat ginger and green onion and then put them in the pan. Keep frying the paste until you can smell the aroma. Lastly, put the paste onto the noodles you have prepared and add the cucumber soy bean and green bean to the noodles.


炸酱面流行于北京 、河北,天津等地。

炸酱面很容易烹饪。首先,你先把黄瓜切丝,把黄豆和青豆用沸水煮上十分钟,然后把这些材料装进碗里面备用。

其次,烹制炸酱。把肉末、洋葱和葱花混合在一起,不停地翻炒,直到你闻到肉香。最后,把肉酱淋在煮好的面条上,再放上黄瓜丝、黄豆和青豆,炸酱面就算做好了。


  • 刀削面

Shanxi Sliced noodles is a typical Shanxi traditional pasta, because of its unique flavor, renowned at home and abroad.

山西刀削面是一种山西的特色传统面食,因其风味独特,驰名中外。

刀削面全凭刀削,用刀削出的面叶形状独特,似柳叶;口感一绝,调料丰富。
