[Job] Customer Service Operator

Company Description:

Netview tech limited is a Chinese company which designs Wi-Fi camera and doorbells.The company is located in the Academy of aerospace Technology building in the Shenzhen science park.

Job Description:

1. Deal directly with customers both by telephone and electronically.

2. Handle customers’ enquiries; follow-up calls; telephone survey; telesales calls, processing relevant reports, etc.

3. Ensure customers’ requests, inquiries and complaints are attended and responded in timely manner, as indeed to provide excellent customer service.

4. Organize&promote company’s activities / products to customers.

5. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

6. Record details of actions taken.

7. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Candidate Requirements:

1. English is first language.

2. Able to work for 6 hours(night time in China) and occasionally work on weekend and public holiday.

3. Minimum High School level.

Education Level Required:

College/university/polytechnic
