A boutique foreign owned and operated recruitment company, registered in China, USA and Ireland, and recruiting for the Chinese education industry since 2013. Operating in Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha, Huizhou and now Shenzhen.

We are seeking the services of a Chinese national, to employ as our new Business Development Manager in the Shenzhen territory.

We are a foreign owned and directed recruitment company for the education industry, in operation since 2013, and are Contracted Vendors to some of the top Chinese education companies and chain schools.

Operating throughout China, we are looking to build our Shenzhen network, and are seeking a Chinese sales person, with excellent sales ability in Chinese, and good written and oral English to build our contacts in the Shenzhen territory- and earn great money for their hard work.

If you are a proactive individual, experienced at sales and business relationship management and you want to succeed in a fun industry- we have the job for you.

Experience and contacts in the education industry a bonus but not essential.

With a very generous salary, expenses, commission and KPI bonus structure, the annual salary for this role exceeds 200,000RMB.
