Shenzhen International Art Fair

Shenzhen International Art Fair (short for SIAF) is the first professional art fair held in Shenzhen. Since 2012, SIAF has focused on the promotion of original visual art and gathered hundreds of high quality art galleries and institutions in mainland China and abroad. It helps to shape a strong image of Shenzhen as an emerging art market in a global vision.

Shenzhen is very young and full of possibilities for art development in all aspects. SIAF has made great effort to connect local resources from different industries to art. More and more art lovers recognize SIAF as an annual must-go art festival and some of them join us in the Asia Collection Club to be our members.

In 2016, SIAF put forward the concept of ART for HOME, in order to bring art to the real life that related to everyone. For the first time, we highlighted artworks under 20,000rmb and made recommendation in every booth. That encouraged many art lovers to start their very first collection of art. What was more, large scale of installation has occupied a very important part and space in the fair. Wide spread feedback and broadcasting from the audience has inspired a great potential of the commercial value in installation art. According to the statistics, 2016 SIAF has attracted 50,000 audience and reached 2million transaction.

SIAF has made our position closer to the mass. We believe that art consumption will be more and more popular among anyone who has a certain economic base and long for a better life. In 2017, SIAF will go further exploring the connection between art and home, art and life. Art crossover with more industries and more elements will be a new attempt for us to enrich the content of SIAF.

1. The ticket is valid for one day. Free admission for handicapped person

2. Please don’t buy tickets from Scalpers.

3. Please go through the safety inspection before you enter the exhibition hall. 

4. No inflammable and explosive materials allowed & No food and drink from outside

5. Please ask exhibitors’ permission before taking photos.

6. No-smoking in exhibition hall

Exhibitor Service

1. Deadline for Application Oct 25th, 2017

2. Please submit the Catalogue Registration Form and digital data of pictures (high-precision>300dpi, size>16×16cm, JPG>2M or TIF>20M) to the committee office through E-mail or in CD.

3. All information will be retained by the organizing committee.

4. Pages for booth size: 24m2-2p | 28m2-2p | 36m2- 4p| 42m2 -4p

5. Catalogue size: 210x220mm with no more than 2 images in one page

6. This form can be photocopied.

Application Procedure

Step 1: Application  Deadline: Sep 30th, 2017 

Filled Application Form, including the introduction of the applicant and the artists list with the signature of the responsible person. Submit the materials via e-mail [e-mail] to the committee.

Step 2: Verification & Qualification 

The Committee has the right to ask the exhibitors to provide detailed content of the exhibiting works and the plans, and to refuse works which are not in demanding.

The Committee will send a Confirmation Letter through e-mail or fax to the qualified applicants, to confirm the location and payment.

Confirmed applicants (exhibitors) pay the exhibition fee in accordance with the Confirmation Letter.
