[Job] Product Designer Needed in Shenzhen

Job Description:
This position will entail creating new designs for foot care products and sports accessories and helping guide the design process with our development team. 

Most of the time will be spent in our Shenzhen office creating new innovative designs and drawings based on market trends, but there will also be some time in nearby factories to analyze the production process to accurately tweak designs to meet production criteria. 

Good management skills are needed as you will be required to coordinate with a team of technical specialists and product development personnel on various projects to meet objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D Industrial Designs for foot care and sports accessory products.
• Convert concepts into technical drawings that can be used for tooling.
• Travel to nearby factories for development actions.
• Research new market trends.
• Create innovative patterns and designs that will attract consumers for target markets.
• 3D modeling and printing.
• Find solutions to manufacturing process difficulties.
• Coordinate with team to develop physical samples of the product.

Candidate Requirements: 

• Native level English.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360.

• 2-3 years of design experience.

• Creative talent to come up with innovative designs and patterns based on market trends.
• Able to develop design solutions which meet the criteria established in the 

project or from the client's demand.
• Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to define problems and design creative solutions on-site.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to cooperate with the team during to whole design process.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
• Willing to work some irregular hours, overtime, and weekends on occasion when needed.
• Conversational Mandarin preferred.

Education Level Required: College/university/polytechnic

Years work experience: 2 years

Available For: Expatriates & Local Chinese 

Salary Range: 10001 - 20000
