Marco Polo Shenzhen Presents Shaanxi Food Festival

Shaanxi is the ancient city and it’s a birthplace of traditional Chinese cuisine. Famous as the noodle culture and red meat, Shaanxi cuisine is skilled in a wide range of the flavor collocation. From now until March 18, 2018, The Café Marco which is located on the first floor of Marco Polo Shenzhen will launch the Shaanxi gourmet festival at lunch period. Mr. Chen Wenge, the hotel star chief who is good at noodle and traditional cuisine will lead his team exquisitely to present Shaanxi Food, invites you to join the discovery journey of traditional cuisine.  Lots of well-known dishes and snacks will be presented during the lunch period, such as mutton and bread pieces in Soup, pouring oil Spicy, Chinese hamburger, cold noodles, braised chicken,steamed pork with rice flour and etc. Meanwhile, every diner can enjoy juice, soft drinks, coffee and tea free. 

As a native of Shaanxi, Chief Chen immersed in the traditional noodle and has over 30 years cooking experience. Apart of the paste, Chief Chen also good at the 56 ethnic cuisines, still carry forward traditional gourmet. Moreover, as the leading chief of noodle station, the students of Chief Chen spread all over in Shenzhen’s hotel.
