Shenzhen Fashion Week

Forge Ahead! This year, the A/W 2018 Shenzhen Fashion Week will be well prepared for the full blooming at Shenzhen’s new cultural landmark -- Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning, from Mar.13th to Mar.19rd! It is going to awake the force of original design in Shenzhen ---- the capital of fashion and creativity.

The A/W2018 Shenzhen Fashion Week is hosted by Shenzhen Municipal Government, organized by Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and elaborated by Shenzhen Garment Industry Association. It is also strengthened by cooperating with the global leading fashion management group WME | IMG.

In accordance with the positioning of “International Platform, Original Design, Market Connection, and Fashion Carnival”, the A/W2018 Shenzhen Fashion Week focuses on the commercial brands and independent designers that presenting cutting-edge fashion design and strong market connection. It is aiming to successfully establish the platform to deliver fashionable lifestyle, create unique brand experience, discover and support emerging designers, by the effort of integrating the independent design and commercial brands, connecting design and the market, and drawing the attention from professional fashion insiders to fashion end-consumers.

It will take place at Shenzhen’s new cultural landmark -- Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning, featuring three brand-new runways constructed to international standards. There will be over 200 brands and designers from more than 10 countries staging nearly 90 fancy shows. To match the theme of “Bring fashion to art”, we will work with international artists to organize multiple showroom exhibitions and fashion events. Shenzhen Fashion Week is working to link professional fashion launches with a mature industry chain, achieve synergies between various sections of the fashion industry, and pool resources to forge a fashion ecosystem.
