Every year, we are lucky to have the UGCB touring the main first-tier cities to exhibit the latest vintage produced by its members, most of them Grands Crus Classés or equivalent. While it is a great opportunity to assess the overall quality of a vintage, the impetuous nature of these young wines’ tannins reminds us that most of these bottles require a few more years’ cellaring before reaching their organoleptic (and hedonistic) climax.
每年的秋冬之际，我们都会迎来波尔多特级酒庄联合会（UGCB）在各大一线城市的巡回展出，有机会品尝到一些他们协会成员（大部分属于列级酒庄，或水平相仿的其他著名酒庄）所出产的最新年份的葡萄酒。虽然这样的活动是大家综合评价某一特定年份的良好机会，但是，这些年轻佳酿中那极为强劲的单宁却时刻提醒着我们——它们需要经过若干年的瓶中熟化，方能真正给我们带来极致的感官体验和无尽的愉悦。
With this in mind, we thought that it would be both highly educative and gratifying to indulge ourselves in a wine tasting during which participants could truly appreciate iconic Bordeaux wines at full maturity.
考虑到这一点，我们坚信只有直接品鉴正处于适饮巅峰期的顶尖波尔多葡萄酒，才能让我们彻底沉醉其中，欣赏到“成熟”佳酿的真正魅力。这样的品鉴/晚宴活动不仅能最大程度地令大家享受美酒，还具有无可替代的教育意义。
It is thus with great enthusiasm that we invite you to join us, in either Shenzhen or Nanning, to participate in an epic wine diner/ horizontal tasting featuring eleven Bordeaux top growths, all of them celebrating their 20th anniversary.

That’s not all!! We are extremely excited and honored to announce that these two wine diners will be hosted by world-acclaimed wine writer : Andrew Jefford! Andrew is travelling to Southern China especially for these two events!
你以为精彩已经到此为止了？那就让我们以百分百的兴奋和荣幸来正式宣布：这两场高规格晚宴将由世界知名的葡萄酒作家/记者 Andrew Jefford 主持！Andrew 为了这两场品鉴晚宴专程来到中国南方！
Andrew is without doubt one of the most famous and respected wine journalists in the world, writing extensively for prestigious media such as Decanter and World of Fine Wine, as well as being the writer chosen to deputise for Jancis Robinson at the Financial Times every August. Robert Parker describes Andrew as “one of my favorite wine journalists”, and Randall Grahm has tweeted that Andrew is “the most thoughtful person we have writing about wine.” During his career, Andrew has won eight Glenfiddich Awards and eight Roederer Awards. He has also broadcast extensively on BBC Radio.

Andrew has written about wine for the past 30 years, has lived in both the UK and Australia, and has been living in France with his family for eight years. He regularly leads visits to Bordeaux for the Wine Scholar Guild. His expertise in Bordeaux wines will allow participants to learn detailed knowledge about each producer, from the most technical facts to the most obscure anecdote and gossip.
Andrew 写葡萄酒方面的文章已经 30 年了，他曾在英国和澳大利亚生活过，现在与家人常驻法国已经八年了。Andrew 还经常为了 Wine Scholar Guild 带团去波尔多学习。他在波尔多葡萄酒领域的专长让他对这 11 家酒庄了如指掌。因此，他将在品鉴过程中给大家带来全面的知识讲解，其中包括最“干”的干货，还有与各个酒庄相关的奇闻轶事和八卦趣闻。
Of course, Andrew will be accompanied by Julien Boulard who will bring his own experience and knowledge to make this diner a very interactive and unforgettable moment!

Note: some of these wines are very old and fragile, and we cannot afford to buy two bottles of each.
