Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents
Welcome to participate in 2018 Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents and the 20th Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology.
Centered on the innovation-driven strategy, the Convention will bring overseas talents, experts, scholars, top entrepreneurs and leaders in financial investment community together to discuss allocation of human resources in the new mode of economic growth, integration of talents and IAB industry (i.e. new IT/ICT, Artificial Intelligence and Biopharmaceutical), science and technology, and manufacturing technique, the model of regional economic cooperation, integration of finance and industries as well as other topics.
