Auspicious Lunar New Year Set Menus
Executive Chef Tsang Chiuking has created three special Lunar New Year menus for diners to choose from. Priced at RMB6,888, RMB9,688 and RMB13,888, each set dinner features auspicious-sounding dishes made with carefully-selected premium ingredients, including Roasted Whole Suckling Pig, Steamed Red Spotted Garoupa, Signature Peking Duck and Chef Tsang’s award-winning Sautéed Fresh Lobster with Spring Onions, Red Onions and Shallots, and Fragrant Fried Rice Sizzler with Silkie Chicken. The menus make creative use of the freshest ingredients with elements from Northern and Southern cuisines to ensure that you can celebrate a delectable Lunar New Year with your family.

Sweet Lunar New Year with Handmade Rice Cake and Hamper
The Langham, Shenzhen has prepared prosperous Lunar New Year rice cakes in three different flavors to symbolise togetherness and sweetness. Presented in exquisite gift packs, all three varieties are available from now till 5 February at RMB168 net per box.
Chinese Sausage and Turnip Rice Cake named “Happiness” is a perfect fusion of the fragrant flavours of premium sausage and refreshing taste of turnip; “Lucky” sweet rice cake made with traditional brown sugar and coconut cream that has a silky-smooth texture and rich coconut aroma; and “Best Wishes” signature Pumpkin with Taro cakes which are flavourful and chewy, making them a favourite among both young and old.
Everything is put together in colourful Lunar New Year hampers and ready as door gifts for your relatives and friends. The hampers also include T’ang Court’s special XO sauce, handmade chocolate from Treasures & Scent, premium tea and other items.
