EXHIBITOR APPLICATION
A. Connect the organizing committee or send the participation intention to the official email: art@leevan.cn
B. The organizing committee will send you the application form by mail.
C. Application Deadline: June 30, 2019.
D. After the organizing committee’s evaluation and selection, selected exhibitors will receive the confirmation letter after approval. Once approved, exhibitors should complete the business process within 3 working days.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
A. All exhibits must be submitted to the selection committee for review in advance.
B. All artworks must be Original Works, Limited Edition, Sculpture and Photography.
C. Exhibitors cannot engage any illegal activities during the exhibition.
D. The full price must be shown next to each exhibit.

Please send your intention to our official email if you are intended to participate in Leevan Art Fair 2019. The organizing committee would reply you as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your attention and support to us!
A. Four nights of comfortable accommodation at the Five Stars hotel with a versatile exhibition space during the day.
B. Two full breakfasts daily, complimentary in room internet access.
C. You will have the priority to reap our resources of collectors and global artists, and exhibit irregularly in Leevan Art Gallery (Shenzhen/ Guangzhou) as well.
D. 20 VIP invitations and 30 art fair tickets.
E. Selected artists and artworks will be listed in the catalogue of LEEVAN ART FAIR 2019.
F. The information of galleries and artists will be promoted at sponsor’s website ( www.leevan.cn) and at least 10 well-known media platforms globally.
G. A comprehensive Exhibitor Manual will be sent to our VIP customers before 10 September, 2019.
H. You will have the opportunity to participate in our charity auction party.
I. A set of well-prepared installation tools will be provided, containing tools such as seamless hooks, spot lights, easels, etc.
J. We are responsible to do the prints of artist profile and related exhibition labels for each exhibitor.
