The folks behind such merriment as The Compass Bar, Compass Café and Curator, are at it again with their latest endeavor, SipStreet - the first ever Spirit and Cocktail Bar festival will be hitting the streets of Shenzhen on 20-22 December and there's no better way to start off the Christmas festivities than with a palate-busting Apéritif extravaganza of a weekend!

SipStreet is an avant-garde movement bringing together never-before-attempted partnerships of World-famous Spirit brands collaborating with the best Bars of Southern China. During the 3-day fiesta, each Spirit brand and Bar will partner up to create drinkable art – "Bar-tistry" (Bar and Artistry) – for Sippers to indulge.
Visit each booth to observe mixologists in motion, showcasing their mastery in creating imaginative and inventive concoctions of immeasurable flavors to whet your palates.

CAMPARI 金巴利
金巴利苦味利口酒堪称当代烈酒中的经典之作，更是意大利风格和卓越品质的标志。它的配方完全沿用自1860年的诺瓦腊，使用酒精和水浸泡香草及其它芳香植物和水果制成。

Campari is one of the most famous spirits brands in the world but it is also a true icon of Italian style and excellence. It's an alcoholic spirit obtained from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. The recipe has remained unchanged since its creation in Novara in 1860.
Campari will also showcase the Aperol Spritz, one of the most widely consumed cocktails from Italy. It's a lively drink that evokes the Italian lifestyle and flair with international appeal.

MANCINO VERMOUTH 曼奇诺味美思
曼奇诺起源于意大利南部的 Pignola 小山顶村庄。创始人 Giancarlo Mancino 为了恢复古老的经典，坚持用最好的手工采摘草药和香料精心打造自己的品牌：「可以作为一个独立的酒体被品尝，也可以作为调配鸡尾酒，适当地散发出它的味道和风味，在增强鸡尾酒口感的同时避免影响到其他烈酒」。
Mancino Vermouth is originated from Pignola, a small hill top village, in southern Italy. Our founder Giancarlo Mancino, to lovingly compose his own brand with the finest hand picked herbs and spices. Being recognized for reviving the old classics, he wanted a "Vermouth that could be savoured as a solo experience and as an enhancement to cocktails by carefully bringing out its notes and flavours so as not to disturb the other spirits."

PEDDLERS GIN 巷贩小酒
巷贩小酒是一款优秀的东方金酒，灵感来自上海地下艺术。一个聚集创意者与艺术家、商人与音乐家的多元社区，不断将他们的作品推向极致。
巷贩小酒是中国第一家手工金酒，也是第一家荣获 CWSA 金奖的手工金酒。并在有着烈酒奥运会之名的旧金山世界烈酒大赛中，东方甄选精酿金酒和陈年杜松子酒分别斩获铜奖和银奖。
Peddlers Gin was inspired by Shanghai's street culture: a diverse community of creators and artists, merchants and musicians, who push the boundaries of their craft.
We are the first Chinese craft gin, and the first gin from China to be awarded a gold medal at CWSA 2018. We were also the first Chinese brand to win silver and bronze medals for our Shanghai Gin and Barrel Aged Gin at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition – considered the Olympics of spirits awards.

「SPIN 翻译过来就是'旋'的意思，很好的诠释了人这一类生物，也符合我们的生活现状。
我们所处的第一时空下，也许你是 'spin'；进入到平行时空里，也许你还是 'spin'；又或者你根本分不清你自己活着哪个时空，想着哪个时空。但这其实都不重要，享受就好。」
SPIN 是位处广州 CBD 中心区的一间 speakeasy 酒吧，其主理人兼联合创始人姚颖 Jackwing 更是土生土长广州人，曾荣获2014年君度女王调酒大赛华南区冠军。
Spin, a speakeasy bar located at CBD Guangzhou city. Local female bartender Jackwing Yao is the co-founder of spin. Spin offers local drinkers a different cultural experience, with its European and American community bar style. We have 3 floors. 1st floor provides draft beer and bar food. The 2nd floor is serving craft cocktails. The 3rd is bottle service and serving luxury classic cocktails. And there is a VIP room.

BEEFEATER GIN 必富达金酒

Beefeater, the iconic London Dry Gin, is one of the best Gins in the world, and remains the most popular among drinkers worldwide. Beefeater's history can be traced back to 1862, when James Burrough, born 1835, bought the Cale Street-based Chelsea distillery from Rectifier & Compounder, and John Taylor started to produce his own distinctive style of gin by 1863. He applied his scientific expertise to creating a gin that today defines the London Dry style.

金酒的传奇世界从不缺故事
PORTOBELLO ROAD GIN 波多贝洛路金酒
在充满怀旧气息与著名街头市集的西伦敦市区波多贝洛路，保罗·连恩、盖·菲尔特姆及杰克·布洛三位好友共同成立了酒吧：波多贝洛之星。2011年11月，三人看准时机趋势，决定在酒吧楼上成立「金酒协会 Ginstitute」博物馆。与此同时，他们也进行自家金酒的制作；历时9个月研发，不单就纯饮风味，也会调制马天尼、尼格罗尼、金汤力的表现标准测试。最后以英国小麦中性烈酒为基底，浸泡九种原料经过24小时，再次蒸馏后稀释装瓶，于2013年正式推出波多贝洛路金酒。
Nestled away on the top two floors of a 19th century public house on London's world famous Portobello Road is The Ginstitute: it was here, whilst putting together The Ginstitute, that Ged, Jake and Paul together. In the nine months of experimentation that followed the character of the gin was slowly created - a little more of this, a little less of that, this one makes a nice Martini, that one makes a nice Negroni, well you get the picture. Slowly but surely something they could be proud of emerged. Thus Portobello Road No 171 Gin was born.
ELEPHANT GIN 大象金酒

Reminiscing about the so-called 'sundowner' drinks after a day out in the South African bush. These sunset cocktails are a big tradition in South Africa – and more often than not, they consist of a Gin Tonic. The idea was backed by a mutual love of exotic African botanicals and a realization that would make it interesting addition to a premium gin, alongside more traditional botanicals such as juniper and orange peel. While its story started in South Africa, Elephant Gin is handmade in Germany with a focus on the highest quality production standards.
