Guests will be attracted by the chic green box, which is carefully selected to place the selection of themed delicate gourmet. Three layers of pastries featuring different styles quickly capture diners’ eyes. The first layer of traditional Chinese style includes Fragrant Walnut Puff Pastry, Salty Egg Yolk with Pork Floss in Green Ball, Crispy Chinese Pastry with Shredded Coconut Stuffing and Strawberry Snow Seductive. The second style is themed in ancient Tang Dynasty, where guest can find the beauty of Sakura and Peach Jelly CakeSweet-scented Osmanthus Jelly Cake. The last layer is filled with delicious western refreshments from the chef’s recommendation like Smoked Salmon Rolled with Sour Cream and Sliced Spiced Beef Rolled with Asparagus. Besides, two specially made themed drinks are provided to fulfil a contented afternoon tea experience.
