E-Commerce Logistics Specialist Needed
Position: Logistics specialist of American Owned E-commerce logistics company
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service for the company’s foreign e-commerce customers;
2. Assist foreign e-commerce customers to optimize their international logistics supply chain;
3. Arrange the packaging and shipping of Amazon goods, mainly involving FBA sea, express and air transportation;
4. Track the transportation status of air, express and sea freight and the timely handling of abnormal problems;
5. Arrange for vehicles to pick up the goods from the factory and deliver the goods to the company’s designated warehouse in time, and enter the goods information into the company’s logistics management system;
6. Continue to optimize the company’s warehouse management, and organize warehouse operators to design and implement the plan;
7. Check all the company’s logistics bills, organize invoicing and payment collection, and regularly check accounts with customers and suppliers;
8. Assist in making packing lists, commercial invoices and relevant customs declaration materials, etc.
9. Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors.

1. 为公司国外电商客户提供客服；
2. 协助国外电商客户优化其国际物流供应链；
3. 安排亚马逊货物的打包与发运，主要涉及FBA海运，快递，空运；
4. 跟踪空运、快递和海运货物的运输状态以及异常问题的及时处理；
5. 安排车辆进行工厂提货，并将货物及时运至公司司指定仓库，货物信息录入公司物流管理系统；
6. 持续优化公司仓库管理，并组织仓库操作人员进行方案设计与实施；
7. 核对公司所有物流账单，组织开票和回款工作，并定期与客户及供应商对账；
8. 协助制作装箱单、商业发票及有关报关资料等
9. 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格：
1. 本科学历，国际贸易、供应链、物流，电商等相关专业；
2. 欢迎优秀应届毕业生投递，半年以上跨境电商或物流操作从业经验者优先考虑；
3. 英语四级以上，口语不要求，能看懂英文文件，能用英文回复邮件（必要技能）；
4. 精通EXCEL、WORD等OFFICE办公软件；
5. 责任心强，有较强的团队合作意识，具备良好沟通协调能力，解决问题能力强；
6. 反应敏捷，主动性强，做事认真细致
7. 工作经验只做参考，有无经验均可，会有专人进行指导。
