Thai Food Festival

From 14th to 31st March 2016, JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao’an rolls out the first Thai Food Festival. This spring engross yourself and your family to the spicy Thai food at The Shenzhen Kitchen. 

This 18-day food festival offers lunch and dinner buffet, and comprise of various selections of curry, soup and assorted curry cuisines. The Thai cuisine is well-known for its balance of fundamental flavors in each dish, including spicy, sour, sweet and salty. 

Phayom Wongnaree, the guest chef comes from Thailand, brings local ingredients and receipt to maintain the authenticity of his cuisines. Phayom has expertise in Thai food area for over 20 years, and will ensure the authentic flavors of every cuisine, including Thai Style Fish Cake, Tom Yum Goong Soup and curries cuisines etc. Together with hotel executive chefs, the menu is specially designed, and revolves around the basic Thai items that would create a tingling in their taste buds.
