恭敬佛经即恭敬佛
佛陀涅槃后，他亲口宣说的法，被圣贤的佛弟子们多次“结集”，用文字记录下来，形成现在我们肉眼可见的经文，也就是佛法僧三宝之一的法宝。恭敬法宝，就是恭敬佛所说的教理教义、三藏十二部经典以及一切承载佛法的载体。《金刚经》中说：“若是经典所在之处，则为有佛。”恭敬法宝，就是恭敬十方诸佛。

Respecting the Buddhist scripture is the same as respecting the Buddha
After the demise (Parinirvāṇa) of the Buddha, those teachings were preached by him and those teachings were held as “Buddhist Councils for many times” by the disciples of the Buddha. Later, the teachings of the Buddha were written down and Buddhist scriptures were formed which can be seen even today. Doctrine (Dharma) is one of the Triple Gem (The Buddha, Dharma, and Saṃgha). Respecting the Dharma, means respecting the teachings and doctrine of the Buddha, the Tripiṭaka, Twelve Aṅgā (divisions) and scripture, and all Buddhist discourses convey the Dharma. Diamond Sūtra (Vajracchedikā-prajñā-pāramitā-sūtra) says, “Supposing those places have possessed scriptures and it has a Buddha.” (According to the Buddha, only the one who sees the Dharma sees me) Respecting the Gem of Dharma is same as respecting the ten directions of buddhas.
