A Quick Guide to Apply for “Wenzhou Health Code”（“温州健康码”申领说明）

For the convenience of people’s life during the epidemic prevention and control period, the “Wenzhou Health Code” is now applied across the city .

Application procedures are as follows:

STEP1

Find/download the mobile phone app Alipay (支付宝 in Chinese) and scan the QR code below with it. 

STEP2

Choose Wenzhou and continue. 

STEP3

Answer the questions as requested concerning your health status and whereabouts.

STEP4

Complete the form and submit.

STEP 5

Get the health assessment code.

Note: You are requested to have a GREEN code for entering or leaving from Wenzhou. A RED code holder is requested for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 14 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 14 days. Likewise, a YELLOW code holder is requested to stay for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 7 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 7 days.  

STEP 6

When you need to use the health code, please find it in “Alipay (支付宝) -- Card pack (卡包) -- Certificate (证件)”.

Please keep the GREEN code updated (dynamic) and show when necessary to where the access is requested.
