华为超越竞争对手，苹果欧洲销量暴跌，欧美网友评价亮了！

近日，IDC（互联网数据中心）公布了2019年第二季度智能手机在EMEA(欧洲、中东和非洲)市场的出货量：
三星位列第一，出货量达1570万台，市场份额29.47%，同比下滑6.82%；
华为紧随其后，出货量达1350万台，市场份额飙升至25.39%，同比大增66.13%；
苹果第三，Q1出货量下降至780万台，市场份额14.74，同比下滑22.73%；
对此，IDC EMEA的研究经理Marta Pinto表示：
“在品牌方面，华为继续不断取得进步，而苹果则经历了艰难的一个季度，其23%的欧洲市场份额是五年来第一季度业绩最低的。”
显然，在三星、苹果等老牌智能机霸主品牌相继颓势的大环境下，华为的“逆势而起”，不可避免的引发了国外舆论的讨论。
谈到华为，国外“花粉”（华为粉丝）褒扬的评论刷了屏：
1、yslee

Yup, marketing. Trump is doing it for Huawei – every week for the past how many months (years?) Trump has kept Huawei’s name on the front page, written up as a technological leader at the bleeding edge of next generation mobile networks.

That rubs off, you have to take Huawei seriously as a major global player. Now, whether you agree with Trump’s agenda is a different matter, but for or against, Huawei’s name is made.

当然，相较于国外“花粉”纯粹的夸赞或者是另外一些人对于苹果等传统手机巨头没落的不满，英国网友“jon.the.one”的留言建议，可谓中肯：
If only Uncle Sam could bury it’s benign hatred for any country/company that is more innovative then itself, quit the conspiracy theories and allow free market, Huawei would have been No1 a year ago.
如果山姆大叔能够不再对任何比自身更有创新性的国家/企业散播仇恨，丢掉阴谋论，并允许市场经济，华为一年前就成为第一了。
The recent growth in Samsung sales v Apple is largely a US phenomenon and reflects (a) a failing interest in Apple with it’s mediocre innovation these days, and (b) lack of availability of Huawei products in the US. Samsung appears to be a US second (and only) choice. Outside the US Huawei is the clear leader.
最近，相比于苹果，三星销量的大大增加，很大程度上是一种美国式的现象，反映了（1）因为苹果最近的平庸，创新人们对苹果兴趣渐渐消失；（2）在美国无法买到华为产品。三星恰好是美国的第二种（也是唯一的）选择。而在美国以外，华为明显是领导者。

当然，同样中肯的“反思”，并不仅仅只是局限于手机销量排行而引发的讨论。
6月17日，英特尔公司副法律顾问、法律与政策部门副总裁Peter Cleveland对一群中国投资者表示：
英特尔正与美国政府和华为首席执行官任正非密切合作，试图减轻禁令对这家美国芯片制造商的影响。
我们试图找到一种更具建设性、积极和有益的方式解决当前双方的“困境”！
显然，Peter Cleveland的建议，获得了大多数国外网友的支持：

We have the tech know how to mitigate the risks while using Huawei equipment, but that's not the issue.

The issue here is that Trump wants to knee cap China's entire economy because he's worried that they'll pass us in a few years. It's market protectionism disguised as security concerns.

The Huawei ban is very inconvenient to existing players. However it gives a chance for new companies to fill in the gap being left.

5G tech is not needed right now but it will be the future maybe in 2 years or so. To be clear Huawei is not a threat to national security...

Huawei does not have backdoor, if all companies use HUawei equipements, USA government will no longer has opportunity to spy other countries leaders。
华为设备没有后门，如果都使用华为的设备，美国就没有机会监视其他国家领导人。
that's the true reason why TRUMP and USA government decided to ban Huawei.
这才是特朗普决定禁止华为的真正原因。
4、Hugo
"Banning Huawei is a risky move" Know what's also risky?
“禁止华为有风险”。知道怎么做也有风险吗？
1)Holding Canadian hostages on behalf of Huawei. 2) Trying to force Huawei on us via a lawsuit in our own courts, 3) Issuing a threat disguised as a benevolent warning.
(1)将华为代表扣作加拿大人质。(2)试图在美国法庭上通过诉讼对华为施加压力，(3)发出伪装成善意警告的威胁。
当然，也有少部分美国网友对此表示了异议，大秀“被迫害妄想症”：

Intel more concerned about profit than national security.
英特尔更关心利润而不是国家安全。

The sad thing about the globalization is all big international companies don't have loyalty to US anymore.

All they care about is making more profit. That is also why they move the production from US to China. Eventually R&D will also move to China, it is already happening.

Intel is probably also against the US trade ban on Iran, NKorea, Russia and Cuba.

The more I hear the more I will vote for Trump...Again.
这些话听的越多，就越愿意把票投给特朗普。
