“Location: Northeast Fourth Ring. Next to it is Wangjing and Metro Line 14.
Environment: low-key, warm and spacious.
Dishes: The taste made me think of coming back again. I originally came to see a friend, then I heard that a new Italian restaurant recently opened downstairs, a high-end version of Annie's restaurant.
Enough, I decided to try it.
The entrance is not very bright or big, nor has any openings on the sky. But the space is very large and spacious, which reflects a familiar space, with a large area for birthday parties. The look of the restaurant is also very warm.
Although the business has just started, it looks like it's going well.
There are vintage objects and details around and on the walls that create a nice atmosphere and create a connection with the Italian culinary culture.
Since it was the first time coming here, I made a full order of every course, from appetizer to dessert.
I felt that the quality of the ingredients used is very good.
I found the dishes a bit salty for my taste, but the steak was very tender and juicy, the portions of sea bass and the codfish were both very big!
There were a few side dishes and one kind of bread to accompany the meal.
There were only oil and vinegar together with the bread, but I think there should be also butter and more kinds of bread.
The pizza was topped with a buffalo mozzarella, special and rarely seen before.
The dessert was good and innovating. The pudding was not too sweet, and I liked it. My friends ordered different desserts, a lava cake, and it also looked good, creamy and made with good quality ingredients.
The crème brûlée looked genuine, and the Tiramisu' was not particularly sweet, served on a beautiful plate.
I ordered an ice cream that looked like it was Oreo flavor, but it turned out to be black truffle! It was a little savory, with actual bits of black truffle in it. It was super!
Ponte is the largest Italian restaurant that I've ever seen so far. It also has private rooms.
On the walls there are famous pictures. Although I didn't understand some of them, they all depict dreams, and there are all kinds of dreams...
Finally, the name of the restaurant: in Italian it means bridge. The original intention of the restaurant is to play the role of a bridge to connect the two countries' food culture.
They also serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and is possible to buy loaves of bread to take home.
Really a good restaurant, it made me fall in love.”
“位置：东北四环。旁边就是望京和地铁14号线。
环境：低调，温馨，宽敞。
菜品味道：再来的机率。本来是看朋友来的，听说楼下新开了一家意大利餐厅。是安妮本餐厅的高定版。果然不一样。
门脸不是很亮，也不大。但是进去就别有洞天。空间很大，为了体现家庭观，还有一个可以做生日宴会的空间，装扮的也很温馨。虽然刚开业，我看生意也还行。墙上也有店家专]找的老物家。全都跟意大利饮食有关。因为第一次来,就从头菜到最后甜品都点了一遍。我个人觉得总体用料都很好，很用心。分量十足，就是一定要改良的是所有菜品味道有点咸,我在这儿吃出鲁菜感觉，牛排很烂，入口不干，鲈鱼，鳕鱼都好大一块!就是配菜有点少,配餐面包也就一个品种。只有油醋，应该再多几种面包和黄油。披萨是用少见的水牛买做的奶油。甜点摆盘不错，有创新意识。布丁不太甜，我喜欢，其他用料看着就品质很好，口感特纯，因为朋友们一起来的，点了其他甜品，熔岩巧克力蛋糕那个纯呀，糊嘴。布蕾很大很纯。提拉米苏也不是特别甜，摆盘最好看。冰淇淋这里有很罕见的黑松露味道，端上来以为是奥利奥，其实一吃黑松露味道很浓，小小的咸味，但还是冰淇淋口感，超级赞!目前ponte是我见过面积最大的意大利餐厅，还有包间可以用。墙上的画都是店家买回来名画。虽然有的我看不太懂，他们解释说，是描述人的梦境，有各种各样的梦....
最后再说店名:意大利语，桥梁的意思。店家的本意是想起到桥梁的作用把两国饮食文化对接上。目前有早餐，下午茶，面包还可以外卖。真心不错的餐厅，一下让我爱上了。 ”
