酒店经理助理

岗位职责：

1）协助运营经理进行酒店的日常运营工作，确立酒店的经营计划、发展规划及经营方针，协助制定酒店的经营管理目标，并组织实施；

2）能结合当地情况和酒店管理要求，达到酒店的最佳经营效果，完成当年营收目标；

3）研究并掌握市场的变化和发展情况，制定市场拓展计划和价格体制；

4）根据酒店每月报表，协助酒店经理检查营业进度与营业计划完成情况，并采取对策，保证酒店经营业务顺利进行。

任职要求：

1）酒店管理相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2）熟悉旅游，酒店，电商，互联网行业，有酒店相关经验者优先考虑；

4）流利的英语口头交流能力

5）思路清晰，反应灵活，较强的独立工作能力；较好的跨部门沟通能力；抗压能力强，具有较强责任心有耐心，有团队集体意识。

Assistant Operating Manager - Hotel

The Key responsibilities for this role of Assistant Operating Manager- Hotel are: 

- Responsible for the smooth running of the Accommodation Department in line with company Standard Operating Procedures.

- To be aware of the day's business in all Departments within the Hotel.

- Supervise the activities of all departments to ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing all duties to a consistently high standard.

- To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.

- To be aware and ensure compliance with all company policy's regarding: Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, and Customer Care & Security.

The ideal candidate for this position Assistant Accommodation Manager: 

- Must be flexible, enjoy a challenge and is able to work maintaining the hotel standards at all times.

- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.

- Must be a team player with the ability to multi task.

- Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.

- Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 star hotel is essential.

- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
