　　时 间 安 排 ✪ Time Schedule

　　报 名 方 式 ✪ How to apply

1. 家长到招生办现场登记提交“新生入学报名登记表”与报名材料。

Sign up at the Admission Office or submit the application online.

2. 校园网上登记报名：登陆我校主页 bgy.gd.cn  - 招生招聘 - 入学报名，填写“新生入学信息登记表”并提交（报名材料需于报名截止时间前提交）。

To register online: Log in to the school’s homepage: bgy.gd.cn -CGS Admissions- Application Form,complete "Registration Form" and submit（Application requested materials should be submitted to the school Admission Office before the deadline of the registration）.

Materials to be submitted

1. 小一寸彩色照片两张；

Two color photos (27mm×38mm); 

2. 学生户口本原件（港澳学生身份证和回乡证原件\台湾学生台胞证原件\外籍学生护照原件）；

The original Household Registration Form(Applicants from Hong Kong and Macau need to bring their ID card and Home Return Permit;applicants from Taiwan need to bring their Mainland Travel Permit;international students need to present their passports); 

3. 申请2-9年级学生需提交原读学校“成长手册”（原学校老师对学生的评估材料）。

Grade 2-9 students need to submit their Records Of Growth.
