成为女王！君度女王赛决赛选手揭晓 | Meet 2017’s Cointreau Queens Finalists

八月末，45支团队、135位调酒师齐聚君度女王赛，为北京、上海、深圳和重庆四座地区赛主办城市，带来了一抹优雅而热情的橙色。
At the dawn of September, we’re looking back at the month past and the whirlwind that was this year’s Cointreau Queens Cocktail Competition. 45 teams consisting of 135 bartenders took part this year in the regional preliminary rounds, bringing an elegant yet vibrant storm of orange to the four host cities Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chongqing.
这是历年以来参赛人数最多的一届君度女王赛。45位女王候选人，与她们的队友通力合作，经历了三重挑战：君度菲丝鸡尾酒速度赛、君度经典鸡尾酒——白色佳人或边车、以及君度原创鸡尾酒。
2017 is the competition’s largest ever showing since it was first launched in 2013. 45 queens, working in teams of three, were challenged in three rounds. First in the Cointreau Fizz speed round, then in the making of a Cointreau classic (a White Lady or Sidecar) and finally, they had to create an original Cointreau cocktail for the judges.

“It is a stage where female bartenders can rise up and showcase the power of today’s independent, modern girls,” said Carson Xie, guru for this year’s East China (Shanghai) region. Terry Huang, guru for the South China (Shenzhen) region added that Cointreau Queens is also a display of teamwork behind the bar.
优雅的搅拌、激情的摇荡，各地女选手们将气质魅力和专业水准展现无遗。8月31日，最后一场地区赛在重庆完美收官，8位参加2017君度女王总决赛的选手名单正式出炉。
Stirring and shaking with style and passion, this year’s female bartenders wowed everyone with gorgeous charm and bartending skills. This year’s preliminaries concluded in Chongqing on 31 August, and with that, we now have the names of this year’s eight finalists representing the different competition regions in China. They are:

These eight teams above, together with Taiwan’s two top teams, will compete for the Cointreau Queens crown in Beijing on October 31. The regional competitions this year were also judged by four former Cointreau Queens, and this is the advice they had to share with this year’s hopefuls:

“Do you best. You have to make sure every detail perfect, and think of how to deal with possible problems may arise. Practice with your teammates before the competition. During your performance, showcase what you what to express, and remember to enjoy the process.”

今年是我第三次担任华南区君度女王赛评委，可以感受到每一年选手们都有很大进步，我相信这些调酒师会帮助这个行业更加欣欣向荣。君度女王赛是对专业能力和表现力的综合考验，决赛时要多多注意细节，希望能看到女王们更好的表现。
“I have been judging Cointreau Queens in South China for the last three years, and have witnessed how the competition is growing stronger every year.
