“Some people die at 25 and aren't buried until 75.”“死于25岁，葬于75岁。”——你的人生也会是这样的吗？
这是美国著名科学家富兰克林的一句名言。这里所谓的“死”是指激情的褪去、梦想的幻灭，是指精神的死去。
视频中的那个人一开始也和我们一样，充满了激情和活力，也为了心中的梦想去努力奋斗。但是时间长了，面临的打击多了，激情也慢慢褪去，过上了循规蹈矩的生活，直到死去...
20那年买得起10岁那年买不起的玩具，可却没了当初那般期待感；
30那年有去追20岁那年不敢追的女孩，可惜女孩早已为人妇多年；
40那年再珍惜30岁那年该珍惜的朋友，可惜朋友们已经疏远散去...
人生就是这样，错过了就再也回不来了。有些事，现在不做，以后再也不会做了。有些梦，现在不追，以后再也追不上了。
对于我们每个人来说：
有一件事是真的：有一天我们会走向死亡。

很多人以为自己已经老了，实际上，这只是消极浪费生命的借口。
但是你要知道，你其实可以活很多次。往昔已逝，静如止水；我们无法再作改变。而前方的未来正生机勃勃 。
But you should know that you have many lives. The past is gone and static. Nothing we can do will change it. The future is before us and dynamic.
这个宇宙充满了无限的可能,这些可能每一分钟都在增加。你的生活方式决定了何种可能性会来到你的世界。
The universe is filled with endless possibilities, and those possibilities keep growing with every minute. The way you live determines which of those possibilities will come into your life.
按照7年一次的机会，你有11次生命，你可以拿一次用来写诗。这样你就可以在这段时间专注于写诗，做一个浪漫的诗人。
如果你自认为是因不够聪明而不能完成某件事情,那么就花些时间去学习所需要的知识,这样,你的自我认知就会改变。如果你自认为你不能完成某件事情常常是因为半途而废,那么就去做完它,将这种自我认知彻底改变。
If your self-perception is that you can’t accomplish something because you’re not smart enough, then take the time to learn what you need to know, and then your self-perception will change. If your self-perception is that you can’t accomplish something because you never finish anything you start, then go and finish something and change your self - perception.
你还可以拿一次生命，用来搞搞新发明。这样你就体会到了创造的乐趣，用双手造出一个新世界。7年的时间足够你学习任何知识。
你可以去做任何你想做的事情。
You can do whatever you want to do.
你热爱生命吗？那么，别浪费时间，因为生命是由时间组成的。
Do you love life? Then do not squander time, for that’s the stuff life is made up of.
所以，一个人一生，可以是：音乐家、发明家、诗人、厨师、CEO……只要他利用好自己的每一次生命。
虽然一个人可以拥有好几次人生，但并不意味着你不应该珍惜现在的机会。在完成每一件梦想的时候，人还是应该保持专注。活1次还是11次，取决于你想成为什么样的人。毕竟，选择权在你手中，路在自己脚下。
就算你只能活一次，但是如果你做了正确的事情，一次生命也已经足够了。
“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”
生活不止眼前的苟且，还有诗和远方。当我们无法改变世界的时候，可以先改变自己。
