据塑库网消息，全球聚酯树脂、原材料、纤维和生物燃料供应商Mossi Ghisolfi Group (M&G)集团已在其本国意大利申请破产保护。

M&G目前是世界最大的包装用PET供应商，年总产能达到165万吨/年，北美总部设在休斯顿。M&G公司在巴西、意大利、墨西哥和美国均有生产装置。

MossiGhisolfi Group files for “concordato preventivo” 

The Mossi Ghisolfi Group announces that the companies:

· Mossi & Ghisolfi S.p.A.

· M&G Finanziaria S.p.A.

· Biochemtex S.p.A.

· Beta Renewables S.r.l.

· Italian Bio Products S.r.l.

· IBP Energia S.r.l.

· M&G Polimeri S.p.A.

· Acetati Immobiliare S.p.A.

havefiled, before the Tribunal of Alessandria, an application for admission to thearrangement with creditors procedure (“Concordato Preventivo”) in accordancewith article 161 sixth paragraph of the Bankruptcy Law, in order to ensure theequal treatment of creditors.

Thecompanies are studying a proposal for an arrangement that will allow theiroverall activities to continue as a going concern, although they cannot excludealternative solutions at the end of the ongoing technical assessments.

公告称，M&G集团正式申请债权人程序——在意大利被称为 “concordato preventivo” 以确保债权人享有平等待遇。公告还表示，公司正在研究一项提议，以使他们的所有活动能够继续下去，尽管他们不能排除“其他解决方案”。
