生于音乐世家，作为新一代古筝演奏家多次与来自法国、美国、挪威的演奏家进行交流与合作，出演于中国国家大剧院、北京国际音乐节、威尼斯国际音乐节、中法文化年开幕音乐会等世界性音乐活动，受到中西音乐同行的一致称赞。她的音乐用现代的方式向世界介绍中国古老的文化，通过独特的演奏方式和东西方乐器的混搭，给予古筝音乐全新的诠释。她曾与多位国内外的古典、电子、爵士、摇滚音乐大师合作，一直在挖掘古筝音乐在与其他音乐类型碰撞中的更多可能性。法国媒体曾称誉她为“中国古典音乐艺术与中国当代创新、西方即兴音乐艺术出色结合的创新者和展现者”。Miss Yu Miao began her musical training when she was very young, learning initially from the renowned guzheng master and educator Mr.Shizhaoyuan. As part of the young generation of gu zheng virtuosos, she performed at a series of major music events, including the Beijing International Music Festival, Zhangbei Rock Festival, and she also performed at the opening concert to celebrate The China-France Year of Culture. She performs with bands from varied backgrounds, with band members originating from China, France, U.S., and Norway, amongst other countries. She has developed some special tuning methods for the guzheng, and focusses on the feelings and emotions generated in musical performance. The tuning methods not only enhance the range of the scale, but add 'exotic colours' and enable a broader range of musical possibilities. Her playing integrates seamlessly with classical, jazz, electro, and rock styles.Striving to combine the best of Eastern and Western music, Miss Yu Miao is now one of the most inspiring and sought-after performers in both the local Beijing, and national Chinese, music scenes.
Dan Taylor
Singer-songwriter Dan Taylor hails from Yorkshire. He has been influenced by the traditional celtic music of the British Isles and now blends rock and folk during his performances. Dan Taylor has been performing in and around Beijing for the last few years. he fronts the bands 'The Harridans' and 'Phuture Vulture and the Absolute', and often plays solo acoustic gigs.过去几年一直在北京和北京周边演出，Dan Taylor 领导着两支乐队 'The Harridans' 和 'Phuture Vulture and the Absolute'，他也经常表演不插电独奏。
