Aidar Salakhov was born in 1992 in Tatarstan, Russian. His father was a famous composer there. Influenced by his father, he began to learn Bayan from his father when he was two years old and performed at the age of three.
In 2012, at the age of 20, he was admitted to the music school in gneisin, Russia. He apprenticed at Russian people's meritorious artist professor Friedrich lips to study classical music, and won many world Bayan awards during his study.
Aidar Salakhov 1992年出生于俄罗斯鞑靼斯坦州叶拉伯格市，父亲是当地有名的作曲家。在家庭的熏陶下他在两岁时开始跟父亲学习巴扬，三岁登台演出。高中师从于俄罗斯著名巴扬教育家里金约夫。
2012年，考进俄罗斯格涅辛音乐学院，师从于俄罗斯人民功勋艺术家利普斯教授学习古典音乐，在学习期间赢得了多个世界巴扬类大奖。

Aidar Salakhov played solo and concerto in the famous concert hall of Russia. He has attend a lot of opening ceremonys of the art festival and other large performances. As a Moscow national theatre soloist, he was invited to perform in Germany, Austria, Spain, Czech republic, Serbia, Japan, Denmark, Finland, Turkey and other countries, becoming one of the most influential new generation of Russian bayan performers in the world.
During his study, Aidar Salakhov was invited to give interviews in Russian state art media. Professor FR Lips praised him as the most talented and special student he had ever taught and gave him high expectations.

Aydar曾在俄罗斯各大著名音乐厅进行独奏、协奏，参加艺术节开幕式等大型演出，莫斯科国家剧院独奏演奏者，并受邀前往德国、奥地利、西班牙、捷克共和国、塞尔维亚、日本、丹麦、芬兰、土耳其等国家演出，成为俄罗斯在国际上最有影响的新生代巴扬演奏家之一。
Aydar在学习期间多次受邀在俄罗斯国家艺术媒体中接受采访，和知名艺术家同台演出并签发CD。利普斯教授曾经称赞他是生平教过的学生中最有才气、最特殊的一名学生，并给予他很高的期望。
Not only did he lead the classical field, but he also had great attainments in jazz and fashion. He is often invited to perform across the world with musicians from all over the world. The ELEGATO chamber orchestra he founded in 2014 is famous for its diversified music elements. The tour was successful and well praised.
Years of stage experience have honed his higher artistic standards. He is really good at improvising. He improvises with the band many times at large music events, has a talent for memorizing melodies and improvisations, and can bring audiences a high level of appreciation. Most of his works are adapted from his rich experience, including works with symphonies, ballet and drama. Now he has been acclaimed as a young Moscow accordion player.
他不仅在古典领域中独占鳌头，在爵士、流行领域也具有颇高的造诣。他经常跨界被邀请和世界各地的音乐家同台演出。2014年他组建的 ELEGATO 室内乐团以多元化音乐元素成功在国内外举行巡回演出，并受到一致好评。
多年舞台经历磨练了他更高的艺术水准。他最擅长的莫过他的舞台即兴发挥，多次大型音乐活动都是和乐队即兴发挥配合，有速记旋律并即兴发挥的才能，并能带给听众带来极高的观赏性，他的作品大多数是来自他丰富的经验改编而成，包括与交响乐、芭蕾、话剧歌剧等多风格丰富作品。
