出境核酸检测服务1月3日起可预约

近日，随着国民出境需求的增加，美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、法国、韩国、西班牙等多个国家相继宣布：中国入境游客需持有48小时内核酸阴性证明。
作为多国大使馆及移民局指定的出国健康体检机构，和睦家建国门诊所将于2023年1月3日起对外提供出境核酸检测服务，前往日本和其他国家的旅客均可预约。

预约方式

1. 和睦家24小时服务热线 4008-919191

*赴日客户因需填写政府要求的出境相关表格，仅限电话预约。

2. 访问微信小程序预约（除赴日客户外均可使用）

核酸采集时间

周一至周日 9:00-11:00 

核酸结果出具时间为12小时，系统将自动发送中英文核酸报告到客户预留邮箱。

温馨提示

1. 请根据您的出行时间提前安排好预约，并携带身份证及护照原件到诊所前台注册。

2. 赴日客户可于核酸检测次日10:30-17:30，在诊所一层前台领取表格和核酸报告。

Kind reminder：

1. Please bring your original passport to the clinic reception desk for registration.

2. Customers can get the form and report (for Japan) at the front desk on the first floor of the clinic between 10:30 and 17:30 the next day.
