 【课程描述】

该课程将邀请世界范围内知名律师、经纪人和经理人作为讲师，为学员提供体育产业管理理念（如会计、金融、营销、人力资源管理和分析学等）和法律技能（如知识产权、非诉讼纠纷解决机制等）知识。当完成全部理论课程后，学员将在世界顶尖的体育经纪公司、球队、联盟、法律公司或其它机构如国际足联、亚足联、美国大联盟、中国奥委会等进行3-6个月的实习。

 The program provides foundational instruction about the sports industry, combined with specific training in sports management (accounting, finance, marketing, personnel management, and analytics) and law (intellectual property law and alternative dispute resolution). After successfully completing their coursework, students will be placed as interns for a period of 3 to 6 months within the top global sports agencies, teams, leagues, law firms, or regulatory bodies, based on their academic profile and professional goals. 

· The program ́s guest lecturers are among the most respected lawyers in the sports community worldwide, successful agents, and managers. Furthermore, the faculty is always open to welcome leaders in their field as new lecturers. The coursework will be complemented by networking events and practical workshops held at leading law firms and sports organizations such as FIFA, UEFA, CONCACAF, WADA, NBA, NFL, Major League Soccer, JD League, and the Chinese Olympic Committee.

【美国游学】

时间：2018年2月

地点：纽约/哥伦比亚大学

学员将在2018年2月份飞往纽约参加由西班牙ISDE商学院和美国哥伦比亚大学共同打造的进修项目，包括理论课程教学、纽约市知名法律中心和律所考察、实践操作三大内容，全面提高学员的体育产业职业技能和产业思维。

· This is a unique opportunity to become part of an intensive program which joins two of the most prestigious law institutions in Spain and the United States, such as ISDE and Columbia Law School, with professionals from the most prestigious and well known law firms.

· It will take place at Columbia University and will consist of a training week in American and Comparative Law next January, together with visits to law institutions and law firms in the City of New York. It is aimed at law students and lawyers who want to develop their career in an international law framework.
