African American woman: “If I were your daughter, what advice would you give me the next time I am stopped by the police?”
Biden: “If you were my daughter, you’d be a Caucasian girl, and you wouldn’t be pulled over.”
非洲裔美国妇女：“如果我是你的女儿，下次我被警察拦下时，你会给我什么建议？”
拜登：“如果你是我的女儿，你将是一个白人女孩，而你不会被拉过来。”
作为前副总统，明示“警察种族歧视”，对警察的成见如此之深，难怪特朗普会忿忿不平：
“在我的政府中，我们强烈谴责反警的仇恨言论…我们不明白(他们为什么有这些言论)。我们甚至认为他们不能够有这种想法或以这种方式去思考。”In my administration, we strongly condemn hateful anti-police rhetoric…We don’t understand it. We don’t think it’s even possible that they can think or feel this way.
对于前副总统的“玩笑”，连普通白人都忍不住了，各种怼上“前副总统”：

我已经被很多种族的警察拉下了我的白色屁股。令人震惊的是，我每次都触犯法律I've had my white butt pulled over by police of many races. Shockingly I was breaking a law every single time我是白种妇女，也被拉走过。我很尊重他们，向他们道歉，并按照警官的指示去做。一张罚单和一个警告。他们是这个国家最危险和最困难的工作之一！愿上帝保佑我们的警察。

警察执法对象是黑人，就是歧视黑人；是少数裔，就是种族歧视；如果是白人的话……是少年，就是滥杀无辜；是流浪汉，就是歧视低阶层人士……
另一位下届总统竞选人，曾豪言声称“2020年，我要在美国实现社会主义！”口号的伯尼 · 桑德斯博士，也同样被黑人学生问到了“如何看待黑人被警察拦下”的问题。“确定警察是谁——尊重他们的所作所为，以免你的后脑勺中枪。”
“Identify who the police officer is – respect what they are doing so that you don't get shot in the back of the head.”
