“烤醉鸡”套餐的主打菜，源于圣诞晚宴一家人分享烤鸡，同时融入了我们作为酒厂的啤酒元素。厨师们将“大跃隐士啤酒”注入鸡身，进行长达一小时的烘烤。
What better way for a brewery to celebrate the festive season than by combining beer and with a roast bird? Our Roasted Drunk Chicken is a whole chicken cooked standing up with a can of our signature Edmund Backhouse Pilsner as its base.
