经过数月的桶藏，灯火平生产生了曼妙的变化。酒体变得更为朦胧，层次极其复杂，产生了菠萝香气及酸梨的口感。焦糖风味若隐若现，回味无穷。我们用这样一款看似平凡，入口却滋味无穷的酒，来纪念老李，一位常在北京胡同中潇洒漫步，有故事却鲜为人所知的老友。

After months in the barrel, special things happen to our Guardian of the Alleyway Barley Wine. The flavor embraces layers of new complexity with sour pear and pineapple notes on top of a subtle caramel richness as the beer becomes ever more wine-like. The Guardian in the name refers to Old Li, a cherished friend who used to cast his watchful eye over the old alleyways that surround our No. 6 location.

一款酒体轻盈、琥珀色，拥有烘焙咖啡口味的淡啤。“昨夜雨疏风骤，浓睡不消残酒”，我们用词牌名“如梦令”命名这款包括咖啡在内，使用全部国产原料酿造的淡啤。

A light-bodied ale with amber color and roasted coffee flavor. We are experimenting with all domestic ingredients including the coffee.

这款添加桂花的墨啤酒体饱满、带有淡淡的巧克力香味。桂花的花香平衡了酒中的淡淡苦味，是一款适合在任意时间饮用的佳酿。佛顶珠是桂花的一种，含苞待放时像一粒粒白色珍珠而得名。

With addition of Osmanthus, this Porter has a full-body and hints of chocolate flavor. The fragrant Osmanthus balances the low bitterness of the beer, makes it suitable for drinking at anytime of the day. Fistful of Beads refers to the special species of Osmanthus, the flower looks like bouquets of white pearl beads.

这是我们将军IPA系列的另一款作品。色泽清淡，苦味适中，极易入口，同时大量新世界酒花的干投使得这款酒具有明显的热带水果风味。名字取自汉初三杰之一——韩信：“至如信者，国士无双。”

Raise your glass and salute the latest beer to be promoted to the elite ranks of our General series of IPAs. Light in color with medium bitterness, this easy-drinking IPA has heady notes of tropical fruit courtesy of a generous heap of New World hops. The Undefeated General gets its name from Han Xin, an outstanding military strategist of ancient China known as one of the ‘Three Heroes of the early Han Dynasty’. Drink respectfully.

一款酒体饱满的琥珀色艾尔，燕麦及黑色水晶麦芽的加入提升了酒体的厚重感，同时也让酒的口感变得更为丝滑柔顺。作为一款以麦芽香为主的酒款，是在多款配方实验后，经过大浪淘沙的可口作品。

A full-bodied amber ale. The addition of oat and dark crystal malt enhanced the body of the beer, and gives it a smooth mouthfeel. As a beer that is malt-forward, this beer is the result of experimenting with many different recipes.

这是一款浓烈的大麦酒，深邃的褐色预示着这酒的厚实醇美。轻闻一下，明显的焦糖甜和松针香恰到好处。入口有微妙的蜜饯风味，酒花的苦度和麦芽香相呼应，和厚重的酒体达到了完美平衡。是一款适合在冬夜和老友回忆往事，小口慢酌的佳酿。

Big, bold and full-bodied, this dark beer has an aroma of caramel and pine, with a balanced hop bitterness and hints of candied fruits and malt. Heavy and complex, it’s a drink made for cold winter’s nights and toasting absent friends. We named it in tribute to Old Li, an ever-watchful friend who used to roam the old alleyways that surround our No. 6 location, and perhaps still does, in spirit. Cheers.
